Picked up order at drive thru. Went back to work to eat lunch. 20 PC. Nuggets were coated in something sandy and gritty, every bite I took was gritty, like it was covered in sand or shattered glass. I could not finish eating them. Check your nuggets.

I ordered a double quarter pounder cheeseburger with 2 extra patties and upon inspection it had one less patty than I had ordered. I told the staff about it they said to keep the original and they made me a fresh cheeseburger. They promptly brought out the food and in addition to the original cheeseburger they added a large fry (for having to wait) which was enough food for myself but also for bringing home to my wife and kid. The food was piping hot and looked like it was freshly cooked. The cheeseburger was so big my wife could not even finish it all. They could have just added another patty but they went above and beyond what was needed. Thank you McDonald’s for the great customer service today.

This McDonald’s is really good they serve hot and tasty food here. It’s definitely better and serves fresher food than the Blacksburg McDonald’s!

I will NEVER return to this McDonalds again. 1st thing I saw was an employee bringing a toilet plunger out from behind the front counter. He took it into the bathroom, then he returned with it DRIPPING onto the floor. He returned it to the food prep area! 2nd It is mass confusion for the customers and obviously the employees, due to having only 1 register open and the new self service ordering machines. They are not user friendly. I heard numerous customers complaining about the confusion of not knowing how this new system works or how they are supposed to be getting their food. I will avoid any and all McDonald’s that are using this system.

Drive thru is usually very busy and always slow. Food is what you would expect but going to take a while to get.

Ordered food over 40 mins ago and has still not been received. The drive-thru lines are wrapped around the building. I went to the door as I ordered for curb side on the mobile app, it changed it to drive-thru,I guess because no one ever came. I went to go inside but doors are locked at 9:13pm, employees are all standing around giggling.
I ordered on the app for faster service (as I am working!!) not to be in drive-thru for seriously nearly AN HOUR! GET BETTER EMPLOYEES, THIS IS SORRY SERVICE WITH HATEFUL, LAZY EMPLOYEES….I PAID FOR THIS FOOD BUT I WON’T BE BACK.. UNBELIEVABLE

They seem understaffed and always rushing. I once received a chicken nugget box filled with Big Mac sauce instead of my chicken nuggets. And the drink they gave me had a hole in the side. But the manager was very nice and helpful and gave me extra chicken nuggets, a new drink and a pie.
