Worst experience at this location. Lying employee and she couldn’t even do the bare minimum. Ordered nachos fries and we asked nicely for them to be fresh. She 1stly, cut off the boy taking the actual order to day (snippy) that fresh ones were down. Cool, great.
They were barely warm and mushy. Was it really worth lying? Like, seriously? It isn’t hard to actually make fresh fries when asked nicely and when the customer is willing to wait. It’s not hard to also not lie.

It’s awful. There is nobody when you walk in to take your order. The ONLY option is a kiosk. Thats gonna be a hard pass for me. This will be my last visit. I just walked out.

Folks inside where extremely nice. Hats off to them. BUT!!!! , where the beef. Just a little patch of beef. The taste was like just eating the wrap. Would like the wrap to be like the picture on the menu. Will have to avoid until that happens.

I usually never stop by this location, I usually stop at the one closer to home, but was in the area today so stopped here. Will not be stopping at this location again. They were all out of soft taco shells. I understand things happened so I picked something else instead of my usual. I get up to the window, guy in a button up I’m assuming the manager, was extremely rude. Opened the window no sorry no nothing, just told me my total, handed back my card shut the window. Handed me my food, no thank you have a good day, no do you need sauces nothing and closed the window. Got home and this was the “nacho fries” i got. Theres like 4 fries. Picture included. Im not gonna waste my time calling the store i can tell from other reviews that does nothing. I’ve been in customer service a long time, I understand hard situations and that things happen, but just found this whole transaction terrible, being rude to customers for the situation isnt helpful. I’ll take my business to another location indefinitely.

Do not order from this Taco Bell. They do not care about their customers. Tried to order a large taco combo thru the drive thru. Was turned away. I then tried to order 20 tacos. Got half way thru the order and was told “we can’t help you. We don’t have time”. Asked what they do have time for and was told “nothing”. Asked if I did something wrong or said something to offend them. Her response “ahhhh have you never been told NO before?” “I guess today is the day you get told no” I tried to make sense of the conversation but evidently it was a really bad day for the drive thru lady. I proceeded to let her know that I would call corporate to report this incident and she responded “that’s ok. We like to teach brats a lesson”
I’ve never left a bad review on google but this one was def warranted. I refuse to eat at Taco Bell moving forward. Especially this location.
