I waited approximately 40 minutes past the pickup window due to a pickup error. There was only one pickup order at the time, yet the order was not released because the name on the order was not recognized as a shortened version.
This delay was unnecessary and could have been resolved by simply confirming the order. There was no effort to problem-solve or support the customer.
Because of the disorganized pickup process, I likely won’t return.
Menu was pretty basic. Mashed potatoes are extremely salty. Short rib was very dry. Dry and salt didn’t go over to well.
Service was pretty good.
The burgers are good.
Not real impressive as far as food.
Generally really busy and loud.
Food came out luke warm for one meal and almost completely cold in the center of the short rib despite the 45 minute wait. Extremely salty short rib sauce. Despite barely eating the meal, the waiter did not offer to accommodate for this.
The filet was OK. Not worth the price at all. They don’t give it a proper sear, and the medium rare was order of as cooked to rare with a gray band on both sides. This shows the steak wasn’t properly brought to temperature before cooking , or it spent too long on one side.
At the end of the meal the waiter frantically delivered the check without asking any questions about our experience or wishing us a good night. Overall, this was a very not great experience.
I wouldn’t go here ever again or recommend this place to anyone. The cornbread was actually pretty decent though.
Food was cooked perfectly, but the star of the show was the service. Our waitress just might have been the best server I’ve ever encountered. Attentive, knowledgeable, friendly. I couldn’t even empty a drink. Any request was quickly completed.
