I ordered a black tea and it tasted more like green tea than black tea. I dont know if the containers the drinks are kept in get switched around or not washed out as often as they should, but some other flavors are transferred. Its disappointing especially with how much these drinks cost.

I’m not a good judge of Starbucks, especially this one. On the window they’re fast and efficient. Yet when I entered the store I have been consistently ignored or offered snippy service. The counter person ignored me to help a customer who had her coffee but didn’t like it, so without hesitation that customer was helped, no excuse me, I’ll be right with you just a simple walkover like I’ll get to you when I get to you. I left and refused to buy Starbucks at that location. Friends ha e said that some Henderson locations have issues, this one proved it by me.

My husband and I go to this location frequently. We typically do a mobile order and pick up in the drive thru. Today we ordered ahead to pick up inside the store. My husband went inside the store, as the app told him the drinks were ready, and that was not correct. My husband then had to ask the employees where his other drink was, and they had a conversation on the side about the missing drink.
My husband then sat and waited another few minutes when he was approached by an employee with his drink, and the employee admitted “sorry it must have just slipped through the cracks, good thing you had ordered ahead so you didnt have to wait too long” .
He was handed a cup without his drink order written on it, so how could he be sure that was his drink with the extras he had ordered?
This is NOT the first time we’ve had an issue ordering ahead and picking up INSIDE the store. Ordering ahead is supposed to make things easier but we haven’t had good experiences using this method at this location.

This place used to be awesome but every single time I go in they forgot to make my order or they put a food item here and a drink item way over there. Never call out anyone’s name so the drinks just sit there and get cold as does the hot for you order. This location is absolute trash, don’t waste your time just go to the location on horizon ridge and save the headache. Because this place has been steadily going downhill for years now!

I received very unprofessional service with the front counter this happened today Nov 24, 2025 at 2:40 pm the lady had blonde hair. I come here once in a while because sometimes when I get off the bus im thirsty and just need a quick drink of water, yesterday I come and was doing my daily jog but was thirsty to where i had no spit, I asked for water and the kind lady provided me some water. BUT TODAY I was beyond thirsty as im pregnant the lady gave me a rude looks and said we are NOT allowed to give out water, you have to buy something to get water when I told her I just seen u give someone else water, I offered to buy the water and she still told me thats NOT allowed its against policy to give awaye water when I have NEVER hear of this, you cant give away water but you guys that work there can get free drinks all day which I dont care im just saying I needed water and im pregnant hella nauseous. I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO REACH OUT REGARDS TO THIS MATTER! Thank you for your time.

Well-managed Starbucks. Staff is very engaging with guests and they all seem to enjoy working at this location. They have fun at work! Place is clean and parking is easy to get in and out of. Well done!
