I’m a big hot dog fan and I decided to stop by to see how’s the hot dogs. I got two with chili and slaw and holy smokes were they good . I highly recommend them and now have a new stopping place for lunch when ever I’m in town.

Had to sit and wait for 20+ minutes in the drive thru for 2 chili dogs while the cars in front of us pulled up and drove off within minutes. There was barely any chili on the hot dogs and then there was a long hair in one hot dog that resulted in me throwing the whole thing away. Plus they apparently charge you $1.19 for a small cup of ice water

O! M! G! – I have been wanting to try NWW for a while now, and FINALLY I was able to today. The service was quick, the food was HOT, and the flavor was phenomenal! The drivethru was constantly busy, so we went inside and got the order to go, both options seem to be efficient. The dine-in area is comfortable and reminiscent of a larger, Atlanta based hot dog place…the name of which escapes me at the moment due to finding a viable alternative in the Macon area . If you want a delicious meal or just a snack, NuWay has everything for you and prices that a extremely reasonable for the , , , and . Single items, combos, fried pies, malts and more …

NOTE: they even serve breakfast and grilled cheese sandwiches!!

the hot dogs was good in favor but the bun was soggy and wet which is not good I like The toasted bun and they fall short of that. Maybe because it was almost closing time that’s why they fall short. I will come back and give it a try sometime soon hopefully I can change my view by then because this establishment do have potential. My daughter was only able to get two hot dogs one for me and one for herself they ran out.

Update I went back this morning with my daughter the Hot Dogs this morning was delicious favor was in every bit the only thing I wish they would improve on the bun being toasted and not soggy. It’s a preference don’t like a soggy buns in my opinion. I think if they find a different way to wrap the hot dog then the bun probably wouldn’t be soggy. I’ve been here three years in Macon came from Savannah Georgia originally from Albany Georgia, and this place reminds me of my hometown hot dog place. The answer is will I return?? Yes, this the only place in Macon that the hot dogs taste good, with that being said good job .

When I say it never fails…every time I come to this location they always on some BS. They’re closed..they have an emergency…they ran out of hot dogs..smh. When I’m in Macon Nu-Way is my go to but it will not be this location for me anymore. They’re really on one every single time. Customer service is lacking and accommodation for inconveniences is not their strong suit. So save yourself the trip and go to the Zebulon or Napier location, any of the others have to be better than this one.

Customer service was excellent but this was the worst hot dog I’ve ever eaten. The hot dog smelt like a Vienna sausage, had the texture of rubber and the chillies taste like cinnamon.

This is the first time I have ever been to a Nu-Way and they were out of hamburger patties and onions I wound up buying 14 hotdogs for my family instead of what we actually wanted and then found out after leaving and eating a hotdog that it had no onions and very little to no mustard on them!!!!! I spent almost $60.00 and I am not very happy with my purchase!!!!

A historic spot to grab a hotdog or 3!
Very tasty and service was pleasant.
If your used to sauerkraut or chili dogs, I highly recommend the chili slaw dog all the way. Prices are very reasonable as well.

Nu-Way can be an acquired taste. But once you have it, they are the best dog done all the way. The slaw dogs are good too. Come Mon-Wed to get the deal, 3 for the price of 2.
