First time trying this place that is only 2.5 miles from home. Glad we took the leap. The BBQ here is fantastic. It’s so juicy and flavorful. The lemon pepper is unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. Definitely recommend lemon pepper. Hubby said the strips were a bit bland but didn’t matter because everything else was so delicious

We stopped by Shane’s Rib Shack for a quick bite before our movie. The food tasted pretty good overall, but it looked like it had been sitting out for a while. We didn’t order any drinks, just water, but even the water comes from the fountain drink machine, which isn’t my favorite. There wasn’t a lot of seating available, and the table we sat at was dirty. It wasn’t terrible for a fast meal, but definitely not somewhere I’d choose for a nice sit-down dinner.

The only reason I give it a 2 is because the restaurant did try to make us happy with a compliment order of full baby back ribs.. but it was still served the same way it was the first time … With the membrane on it… something I have never seen done before. My chicken was so DRY… My beans tasted like canned beans I. I wasn’t told until I drove 30 minutes in traffic for my free full rack that that’s the only way that they serve ribs.
I didn’t even attempt to try the chicken again or get any sides
The restaurant itself is small and dark but I will say I gave it a 2 because the server and possible owner ( not sure) were very friendly and the place was clean. Their service itself was for me wonderful … They definitely tried to make it right. But the food is definitely not made with love.

I was impressed by how good the food was at this fast-food style restaurant. I ordered the half slab of ribs, and I couldn’t believe how much I enjoyed it. The only thing I’d critique is the lackluster service. The lady at the counter had an earbud in and kinda just stared at me while I decided what to order. No greeting, no enthusiasm. Besides that, I would definitely eat here again. The food is still worth it despite the mediocre service.

Yesterday was my first time trying this place and it will definitely be my last. I didnt have a single thing that tasted good and I ordered quite a bit. The ribs, while tender had no seasoning and it looked and tasted like they were boiled. The pulled pork was overly salted, the pulled chicken was dry and some pieces were tough. The Same for the chicken tenders.. overcooked, dry and little to no seasoning. Dont even get me started on the sides. The macaroni and cheese literally tasted like boiled noodles and nothing else. I’ve had better macaroni and cheese from a box. The potato salad was spicy and nasty and the apple cobbler was nothing but a cup of mush. Something tells me that the food always tastes like this. This is the worst BBQ I’ve ever had

Went for lunch, nice prices and very friendly service, restaurant is very clean, we got a pork plate and a sausage plate. Side s were baked beans and potato salad…. Baked beans are basic nothing special, the potato salad was great, pulled pork was very flavorful and tasty. The sausage was decent, the barbeque sauce was nice . Wife got sweet tea was delicious.over all a great experience. They do offer a veterans discount. Pricing was surprisingly reasonable.

Drove 35mins to this place because we were craving bbq and this was the biggest waste of $74. The sides were wrong for starters. It looked correct because I saw two fries alongside the ribs and it looked like the rest were under them, but no. The Mac and cheese is overcooked and tastes like absolutely nothing, the chicken is dry, dessert is mushy and flavorless, and I’m convinced the ribs were boiled before being smothered with sauce. The food isn’t just awful, it’s disgusting, and went straight in the trash. Thanks for wasting my money.

If patience is your greatest virtue, then this is the right place for you. This restaurant takes its time with everything, service included. Slowness seems to be their specialty.
After waiting, I was told that the online order I placed wasn’t even ready. What was more disappointing was the lack of explanation or accountability. No one took the time to say “we didn’t prepare it” or explain what went wrong. The staff simply walked around slowly, as if no one was waiting.

So this place is really dirty. Look at the floor when walking in. They gave me the wrong food with two little kids laughing helping the staff. They came with a order which wasn’t mine twice. So I requested a refund. Now I’m treated like a person without money. The cherry on the top was the guy was who did the order ask who place the order. (Looking at his phone during the order. Less than 2 mins of ordering). Being nice and not disrespectful I said sir you did (Toni). I’m looking at him. I don’t know if I get a actually fund because he seemed really annoyed. So I’ll have to call my bank because now. I have no trust in the business for paying customers.
