It’s my favorite Wendy’s in town! Been getting a spicy chicken for many years! The staff is always friendly to me, & my food is usually fresh! The size of the spicy vary & today it was gigantic!
Update: Food is a joke. Got a small chicken sandwich & the fries were barely filled! The up-size charge to a total almost $13 is ridiculous! This use to be my favorite fast food place…but these prices & quality suck! I can’t believe how far the quality dropped & prices have risen!

During my recent visit, I used the mobile order option and selected the returning bacon pub cheeseburger combo. The order process was very smooth and I just had to pick my meal up upon arrival. The new look restaurant was very easy to navigate and the girl at the counter was friendly. The burger itself was very good as all of the toppings especially the beer cheese added to my burger. The fries were nice and crispy and my drink was tasty. Definitely a good experience.

This is the wost wendy’s i’ve visited and even the worst FOOD place ive ever attended. Every time I go i heard racist, fat shaming, and disrespectful jokes between the staff. I’ve heard managers screaming, making fun of workers, and being rude for no reason. They be little their employees and are very rude to their customers. They don’t sound excited to work at all and to harass an employee and force them to do certain work activities just because you don’t like them is work retaliation. I will be contacting corporate and making sure every disrespectful and rude manager or employee gets fired. When I say I will, I mean I will. This is racism and discrimination and I won’t be a customer who hears this every time I go. Period.

We’ve been on the road with horses since 9/18/24. Once in a while, we need a quick stop for something hot and fast …. sigh.
I asked the cashier if I could have “light” salt on our fries. We’re a bit older and have been given the strong suggestion from our PcP to cut back on sodium.
The cashier turned around and called Kaysha’s name, as she was standing at the fry station. They were maybe 5-7 feet away from me, and I heard her ask this girl if she could make us some fries with light salt. I kid you not, KAYSHA rolled her eyes, made a horrible face, then looked directly at me. So, I politely said, “KAYSHA, don’t worry about it. I saw your reaction AND your face. We’ll take the fries as they are.” She exclaims, no, it’s OK, I don’t mind.
KAYSHA, you DID mind, or you wouldn’t have given the reaction you gave. At some point, KAYSHA, you must learn that when you work in the SERVICE INDUSTRY, at times, you have to forego your personal issues, thoughts, needs and desires to tend to the immediate need of the customer. I personally dont think we asked for anything unreasonable.
At any rate, we run a successful horse ranch in the Southwest U.S . If we had people on staff like you, we wouldn’t have a good customer base. Work on it hun! SMH.

I only give five stars because one of the workers there is one of the best I’ve ever met, her name is Ayen Manuel. She actually sounds like she enjoys her life and does everything well. The others should be like her more.

I was doing a DoorDash delivery at Wendy’s South Belt. As a delivery driver, I usually go ahead in line to keep orders on time—I’ve done this many times at other restaurants and even at Wendy’s before. This time, an employee named Neveah refused and told me I had to go through the speaker first and then come back, which has never happened to me before. Because of this, the order took 45 minutes, which directly impacts my DoorDash ratings and puts my account at risk. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional.

The Kansas city Wendy’s 4931 North Oak Trafficwy made my food wrong so it was too late to go back so on my way home to st joseph missouri I want to Wendy’s here 1411 s Belt Hwy and they fit it for me and my kids and that makes me very happy thank you and the Wendy’s is st Joseph is the best
