When it comes to authentic Peruvian food, most people think of Ceviche. We thought of just that and did not stop there. We wanted to make it a fun and enjoyable culinary experience for everyone alike and decided to launch a fresh new restaurant concept in the heart of Kendall, named after our chef and owner Carlos Brescia’s nickname, Dr. Limon. Our trademark is not only a personalized service, but also a fresh menu where most of the traditional Peruvian plates have been reinvented and changed into medical terms. To complement this innovative cuisine, our guests can choose from a wide variety of wines, wine-based craft cocktails, real fruit juices, and of course… desserts!

In typical Peruvian fashion, this is a really modern pleasant dining experience. The service was superb the food was extremely tasty and presented well. Of course they have Chicha Morada and the famous Inca Kola. I would highly recommend Dr Limon Ceviche Bar.

Outstanding customer service! I honestly didn’t expect that much attention and knowledge from the staff. From the moment I walked in, the hostess greeted me with a smile and showed me to my table. Shortly after, another team member brought me a small appetizer of nuts. My server Jose was absolutely amazing, attentive, friendly, and professional. The coffee tasted incredible, and the entire atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxed.
Highly recommend this place I’ll definitely be coming back for lunch or dinner.

My family and I love eating at Dr. Limon. The menu was very different to us, as we have never eaten Peruvian food or ceviche before, but it has become our go to spot.
We love it when Cathy is our server. She is EXCEPTIONAL at what she does and her recommendations are always on point.
She has made special dishes for us and everything is always extremely fresh and super flavorful. All of their frozen drinks, especially the frozen mint lemonade, are delicious. Their fish dishes are awesome, their steaks are always cookes to perfection and their veggies are fantastic. Funny enough, their fettuccini alfredo is better than a lot of italian restaurants. It has become a favorite for my son.
Their desserts, from chocolate cake, flan, and creme brulee are amazing and Cathy has personalized dessert on many occasions by writing my son’s name in chocolate sauce.
We always try new things here, from ceviche to lucuma to lomo saltado. It has given us a chance to broaden our horizons. GREAT staff, immaculately clean, very welcoming. Full bar, great espresso, friendly atmosphere.
