Got the al pastor chicken burrito and it was great. Super juicy, great flavor, and the seasoning had just the right kick. Everything was fresh and well mixed. Didn’t feel heavy or dry at all. Would definitely grab it again.
The service is always a little hit or miss but honestly they have stepped it up a bit as of recent.

Food was ok at best everything tasted cold. There food area was absolutely disgusting no one looked like they even tried to keep it clean. Service from the employees was very good though .

I come here pretty often, and the employees are usually very nice, but the hispanic girl with the black glasses is extremely rude (around 230pm 02-08). She’s made my order a few times now, and every single time she’s rude and very stingy with the portions. I asked for double chicken, and she pretty much gave me half a scoop. Service can be a bit slow and yes there’s often a long line, but Junior makes the wait worth it. He’s super pleasant and actually takes the time to care—he even asked me about dietary restrictions because he thought I might like a different meat option. That kind of attention really stands out. He’s not there often, but he’s definitely a big reason I’ll keep coming back.

First time coming to this chipotle! Since my wife was craving for Mexican, we came here!
The line was quite long and for awhile only one staff making bowls and burritos for customers, I think they should come help out as soon as the line is made for the future reference!
We got bowls of veggies and that was generous amount! We put all the veggies and it was good!
Another con was the bathroom was bit dirty and I think that place needs to be cleaned more regularly.
Other than that, it was a chill spot for chipotle.

I went to Chipotle Mexican Grill specifically to order individual bowls filled to the top with individual ingredients so I could meal prep. That’s it. Nothing complicated, nothing unreasonable.
Instead, the employees kept saying it was “too expensive,” as if the money was coming out of their own pockets. I made it very clear that I was willing to pay whatever the cost was, but they still refused to properly fill the bowls and gave me attitude the entire time.
Rather than offering solutions, charging appropriately, or explaining options, they acted like I was doing something wrong by asking. Eventually I just took whatever they gave me and left because it wasn’t worth arguing.
Chipotle is supposed to let customers customize their bowls and pay accordingly. This location clearly doesn’t want to do that. Poor service, poor attitude, and not customer-focused at all.

This was one of my favorite locations of Chipotle until today. I ordered the veggie burrito bowl and asked for an extra scoop of black beans. Usually I get that way but there is no charge. Today they suddenly said that there is an extra charge for the extra black beans. I don’t mind paying but what bothered me most is that the lady who was making my burrito bowl didn’t let me know there was a charge before adding the scoop of black beans. She acted as if it was free and then went to the counter and told I ordered an extra so there is a charge. Shouldn’t you first be asking your customer if they are okay with paying extra? Before adding I think it would be courteous to let them know there is an extra charge. After adding letting me know is like cheating me. I can’t ask to throw the bowl away again because I didn’t want to waste food. Sneaky approach to get extra money for the bowl. I didn’t appreciate that at all.

Food could be lot better. I ordered pick up(chicken burrito bowl, quesadilla). The quantity was way less from what I saw in other locations. Fajita veggies were overcooked – From my experience, this is usually one of the signs that the place has issues. Rice was not cooked properly or not fresh or both this is a second sign. They didn’t know how to make quesadilla it was horrible. Gonna avoid in future if things don’t improve.
