A month ago this might have been the best McDonald’s around, but now it’s easily the worst, 3 weeks of cold and I mean ICE COLD food, unsalted soggy fries, missing items with no refund available and some of the worst staff around. The staff can’t even fold a tortilla over a chicken strip correctly. Avoid this McDonalds at All Costs until they turn it around

Im bummed because I love stopping here when im hungover for a yummy breakfast sandwich before work. But today, my sandwich was extra crunchy. Im not sure if you crack the eggs in house or they are sent in but the last two times all I have gotten are eggshells. I try not to complain but its a little off putting when you already feel like hell while crunching down eggshells.

The cashier was very quiet, didn’t seem like he wanted to be there, I’ve worked fast food for 15 years and I know your suppose to HEAR THE SMILE. The young lady at the in the second window was rude. They messed up our order we said no salt. We can’t have a lot. It hurts those who just suffered a stroke the year before the fish fellets were old and the coffee was horrible like that morning, kinda old. If it weren’t for the cutie pie (in which I think is higher up) we would have wanted our money back. He’s the only reason y’all didn’t get one star for EVERYTHING SMH get it together ppl. It’s not rocket science it’s not that hard.

I visited this McDonald and by starters, they didn’t even had people in the drive through. So I don’t know they didn’t put salt to the fries and they also looked so old like how? also when I went up to the counter they straight up ignored me. They saw me and didn’t even walked up to me or asked me anything, only a nice guy that was there asked me what I needed.

I went inside to order food and the black female older cashier was heckling me the whole time. She was extremely rude, condescending and dismissive on Tuesday December 30, 2025 at 6:30 pm. I walk into the restaurant and could not even get a word in, she cuts me off when I am trying to order my food. She immediately acts like I dont know how to order food. She was horrible. She treated me like an idiot.

Atmosphere is nice but the inside new architecture redesign is a little tight.
The parking lot is rough when the food truck comes I hope or line is all the way into cvs parking lot.
Services are nice when the AI machines are working properly. The employees are fast pace here for restaurants service.
Solid place to work which is a bonus.
Use to be 24/7 now down to being open a few hours during the morning for breakfast. Closes early at night.
When the food comes however or when it comes, the serving and preparation of food and my drink is on point.
I wake up excited for a drink of macchiato. Excellent and picture perfect. ☕️

Ridiculous service. This is the second time I have come here and got my order wrong. The girl at the drive through rolled her eyes and slammed the window when I told her my sandwhich was not correct. Then proceeded to wait ahead for several minutes for that one sandwich just for it to still be wrong! Horrible customer service, rude people and when I worked here, there were bugs. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! 0 stars
