In town visiting. Somebody else had the car. Walked in below freezing temps thru the snow about a mile. Get there and the doors are locked. It wasn’t even 6:30 pm. Only restaurant within walking distance. Guess no hot meal for me tonight.

Just another fast food restaurant there isn’t anything special about the place but I would say they do have quick service especially when going through the drive through. The workers are
are really friendly and provide fast service so if you’re in a hurry this place will get you in and out quickly.

3 workers were just sitting around, bathrooms and drink machine smelled like pee, They made an old elderly woman come in and told her she couldn’t use the drive thru. The workers are not at all professional. I wasn’t expecting 5 star service but it’s so easy to be kind and helpful while you’re being paid. Sad case of a Wendy’s

I attempted to order 3 or 4 things that were clearly on the menu, only to be told that they were “out of that” , or ” we don’t serve that at this location” or “that is no longer available…”
The employee attending the drive thru speaker was a bit rude and the fries were cold. Dave ThomI as would not be pleased.

Service here is a joke. Drive through closed so went inside. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes while 4 employees talked behind the register. Noticed a bunch of smoked cigarettes on the floor in the kitchen and left. Won’t be back.

The drive thrus never open when it happens to be open u wait 20 min at the speaker then another 20 min to get ur food the customer service is terrible seems the workers don’t wanna be there and more than likely by the time u get ur food its cold or getting recooked fires that are hot but brick hard u can order on the app the app says ur food is ready go pick it up and I’ve sat and waited 15 mins

We walked in, there were several female employees. None of them acknowledged us one was a manager. It wasn’t until my husband looked behind the counter did she ( manager) ask could she help him. Nasty attitude, nasty disposition nasty Customer service, just all around nasty. We were picking up an order that was there waiting. Had we been greeted they would have known that. I tried contacting corporate but they were closed. It’s always a miss when we go there and I see why. Nasty nasty customer service.

The customer service experience starts from the time the customer pulls on the lot… these young people that work here are absolutely ungrateful to have a job! What happened to secret shoppers??? Because if you truly knew how they are representing your restaurant, you would discover that they seem like they hate their jobs, and they are in utter misery. They don’t greet you and they don’t even thank you for eating there and they don’t even invite you to come back. They throw your food at you. Outside smoking weed, dancing… And the manager said it was fine because they where on a unpaid break. Absolutely crazy!
