Thursday night me and my partner came for some food to-go and we’re just going to head into the drive thru but I had some urge to go inside this day and enjoy my food here. I can confidently say I was not disappointed.
Every gentleman working this night did a phenomenal job at customer connections. From the sir taking our order chit chatting to my partner about shoes which got him excited to the sir who delivered my pretzel bites to the table and suggested I try it with their signature sauce and kindly bringing a sauce pack out for me! I wish I remembered their names but overall everyone working this night was super nice and made us feel so welcomed. Definitely will be returning to dine in soon!

$27 dollars for a single burger, 4 chicken strips, 2 orders of room temperature fries and 1 small scoop of caramel custard that was sickening sweet. Culvers boasts “hand crafted burgers.” All fast food burgers are hand crafted. My burger had nothing on it when it was delivered. Apparently, at Culvers, you have to ask for the typical toppings that all of their less expensive competition gives you automatically. The fries were luke-warm and soggy. Must have been sitting under the heat lamp since Thanksgiving. The custard is overly sweet and gummy. Presume Culvers stays in business due to midwest locals buying the food. Went once and will never go back. Too many far less expensive, better tasting “hand crafted” burgers available from numerous competitors. Wisconsin/Illinois – Culvers is all yours. No loss for the rest of the U.S.A.

Delicious, FRESH made food. Staff is very well disciplined and organized. Food was so fantastic, delivered courteously with a smile. Besides meals, we have been having their sundaes nightly.. Gonna go there again tonight for a mealnbefore we fly back to Rip City, Portland Oregon.

3 separate visits and all three times the frozen custard was grainy. Got the flavor of the day on each visit. Different flavor each time and they were all bad. Other locations do not have this issue. Obviously something is wrong with the machine or the process.
