YUM! Cute spot downtown with tasty and well-priced food. Drinks were exceptionally good and probably the best price for a martini I have seen in Greenville. We recommend the casarecce, chicken souvlaki, gambas al ajillo, fried goat cheese, and orange dessert. A friend ordered pasta off the vegetarian menu and it was very plain, could have been better even without meat. Servers and hostesses were very kind!

My first visit after their remodeling/reopening. I and my two teens went for late lunch on Black Friday, and had the fried goat cheese, traditional hummus, and the duck duck goat flatbread upon server recommendation (over thr lamb pita). Teens had the chicken pita, truffle fries, and the gnocchi dish. Everything was phenomenal and came out from the kitchen quickly. Chicken pita was on the spicy side.
We had a table in the middle and still had a great view of the river and all the geese there at the time.
Definitely an excellent venue for casual dining, business/professional meals, and dates!

A good place with great views and a calm ambience.
The food is very nice (even when sometimes is difficult to manage the dish) the authenticity can be felt every nibble, the deep flavors and aromas will carry you onto a pleasant journey.
The service is great, the personnel is always doing its best to contribute to this atmosphere of great cuisine.
It’s better to make reservations and there are some parking lots near the place.

This was a good solid choice for a lunch in Greenville. The lamb pieces in the gyro were a little bit big, which made it difficult to eat. The salad was great, the pasta was good, if a little salty. The flatbread was great, as was the baklava cheesecake. The wall of windows looking out to the walkways and the water was very pleasant. The inside decor was nice, but some of the chairs were not comfortable and the overall temperature inside was cold.

Let me start by saying, this is the spot for an amazing meal with a view in downtown Greenville. We had the absolute best time celebrating our anniversary. The best part about our evening was ultimately the service, but don’t let me fail to mention that the food was divine (the brussel sprouts and the goat cheesecake are a must!!). Our waiter, Nicholas, was very attentive and exceptionally knowledgeable about the menu. As he explained the menu, he considerately noted guest favorites, chef choices, food pairings, his recommendations, etc. which was very helpful (dare I say we wanted to order the whole menu). During our courses, Nicholas took the time to replace cloth napkins, change silverware, package appetizers to take home, refill drinks in a timely manner, and routinely make sure we were satisfied with the dishes, etc. Additionally, Nicholas took the time to be personable including going out of his way to provide us with sparkling cider to toast with (which was a sweet touch because I mentioned earlier in our drink order that we don’t venture into alcohol much); and to conclude our meal there was an anniversary card signed and a personal message written by our waiter, Nicholas. It may seem like small gestures, but I left in awe and truly felt the moment shared was special which made the night unforgettable.
The Photos are: harissa marinated prawns, duck duck goat flatbread, brussel sprouts, truffle pomme frites, chicken tajine, and goat cheesecake with an apple crumble and caramel.
10/10 recommend walking the Liberty Bridge after eating at this magical eatery.

We had an amazing first experience at The Lazy Goat! This was my favorite pita I’ve ever had outside of Greece. Food was absolutely delicious, staff were kind and wonderful, atmosphere was great with views and prices were wonderful. We had lunch here and we can’t wait to come back back for dinner!

We hadn’t been in a while, but we had a free weekend and thought we’d go downtown and visit The Lazy Goat for lunch. We got there around 11:30 and were seated promptly; our server Geronimo took good care of us.
We remembered the Fried Goat Cheese from times before, and so we had to start off with that. Becky had the Lamb Pita, and I had the Campanelle (pictured). The Campanelle was excellent. I enjoyed the spice of the sausage as well as the texture of the bread crumbs. Becky shared a bite of her Pita with me, and it was very good.
Thanks to our server and the team at the Lazy Goat.

Came at 2:30pm for a heavy snack to tide us until dinner. Beautiful views and nicely decorated. We order 3 apps and they were all amazing and unique. Brussel sprouts were delicious with a tasty glaze and perfectly cooked. Fried goat cheese were tiny balls drizzled with honey and nuts. Very good. Traditional hummus had a lot of flavor and came with crispy crackers and pita bread. Our server Dominique did a great job explaining all the options and provided excellent service. Bill came to $33 before tip.

After an awesome day of hiking at Rainbow Fall in SC, we were starving! We checked out our options nearby and decided on The Lazy Goat. We didn’t have a reservation. After a short wait, they sat us. The service was super fast and great, and the food was incredibly delicious. All in all, an amazing experience. We’ll definitely be back!
