Had a craving for canes as I was in the area, and I left more than satisfied. The service was quick and easy and the lady at the register was very friendly and I got my food not too long after ordering. For my meal I got the caniac combo with extra fries instead of coleslaw and they did not play around when giving me the extra fries. The food was cooked hot as the meat and fries were both hot and steamy with a crunchy exterior. The inside of the restaurant was very clean as well and all of the staff were going above and beyond whether it was the cashiers, the people cooking the chicken, or the employees cleaning the tables and bathrooms. This location gets the job done.

I think it’s the best fried chicken restaurant I’ve tried so far in Los Angeles. The taste is really great and delicious.

This was the first visit of the Keynes restaurant chain. But of course it won’t be the last.

I thank the staff of the restaurant and the cashier. The service is upscale and fast and my waiting time did not exceed 7 minutes
& my meal was ready hot and delicious.

Of course, it will not be my last visit, and I will make several visits in the future for this branch specifically.

Had it for the first time and was very amazed. Decent prices, delicious ice tea, great chicken and the bread and canes sauce tastes absolutely tasty. Will be back

Why does the chicken taste weird? It appears to have edible bones. Like you’re chewing on something, but you can’t quite describe what it is. In the icing on the cake is that you pay all that money and the portion size is small and the fries be warm.

Service is always great but I have noticed the food servings are much smaller now. I just got the smallest chicken tenders and a handful of fries for 13$ it’s happened twice already. Should of just gone to McDonald’s if this is their new serving sizes. I’ll have to try a different location.

Ambiance: Consistent with all the other locations. Clean and fairly busy.

Service: Per usual, everyone was friendly and helpful. Drive thru went smooth, and I didn’t wait for long.

Food: I’m now obsessed with their honey mustard sauce, maybe even more than the cane sauce (don’t judge me, lol) . Overall, it was a really good meal. Tenders and fries were hot and crispy.

So FINALLY i tried this place just because my son wanted to eat there So i wanted to see what the hype was all about especially after seeing hoards of cars & people at all these places… my conclusion was…it was not all that great, don’t get me wrong it didn’t taste horrible it was simply just ok.
Cole slaw was good , the fries were way TOO salty to the point they not editable & the bread was good. I personally won’t be patronizing this place again.

Ordered a 3 pice chicken strip, and one of them looked liked a rat. So I called one of the workers near my table. Asking about the appearance, and he simply said it’s just me and walked away. He did not care at all! I did not finish my rest of my meal.

Horrible! The reviews on this location cannot possibly be factual. Several are images repeated and many appear to be taken from the original establishment near Baton Rouge, La.
This location really should be shut down. The food is just that bad. I’ve visited a couple times to see if things have improved and they have only gotten worse!
The chicken and fries never have seasoning. The chicken is constantly overcooked, very tough, dry, and there has never been any breading on the strips. The chicken is no larger than the size of a literal finger, a small one at that!
Don’t waste your time or money!!!
If you really want a taste of Canes, try to make it to the original. This Gardena branch is a joke.
