Absolutely delicious! I have been meaning to come here to try their food out and ended up going to taste test their food, a group of 5, for our wedding this summer 2026, and we absolutely loved it! Absolutely delicious!
Had tacos of chicken, birria, asada, chorizo, and al pastor, as well as quesabirria tacos. We absolutely loved it. We will be using El Chefe for our Wedding Ceremony! Cannot wait!
And definitely will be going back again when it comes to Mexican food! If you’re in the Rogers/NWA area or just happen to be passing by through here during a road trip and you’re craving Mexican food, El Chefe is the way to go. Manny (The Owner) and his workers were absolutely helpful and very nice. Highly recommend!

I’ve been wanting to try this food truck for a while and I finally caught up with them at New Province brewery. I got the Original OG and OH MY GAWD!!! This is absolutely the best truck I’ve had! Absolutely amazing in every aspect!

Wow I just tried this place today for the first time and it is amazing! I’m allergic to a lot of things and they had something for me. The chicken tacos are spectacular! They are super nice and the food is delicious! Definitely recommend them!!!

Lunch was great- looked great and tasted yummy with a reasonable price. We will be back and recommending to friends. We tried:
Cup of consommé – great flavor.
Cheesy Taquitos – 4 of them with beef inside, these are not your typical taquitos.
Steak tacos – 2 served with two sauces. The red is spicy with very good heat.
Churros – 4 in the order and a perfect finish to our meal.

If you’re on the search for the best birria in the area, this is it!! I haven’t had many different things from Chefe, but that birria has me hooked! I just wish they were open for lunch so I could get it more often. Definitely do yourself a favor and get over to this truck!!

The food here is amazing! In my opinion the best quesabirrias in nwa! We have always gone to get food from them no matter where they were located we would go to them. However I have to give a three star because this last time we went the service wasn’t the best. There was a younger teenager taking our order and was very rude. I asked if they had certain food and he just confused me all around and got frustrated with me and said “I’m telling you we only have this..” in a rude tone. I believe it was the temperature and how busy they were that may have caused this, but it still doesn’t justify to talk to anyone this way.
