I have been all over the world and hands down the best korean food I’ve had stateside! This was a great spot for a date night. The beef bulgulgi & sides like kimichi was AMAZING. This is the best kimchi I’ve had at any restaurant… My favorite was the fried chicken! Their chicken batter wasn’t overly coated. Don’t forget to try their soju flight. That went well with dinner. Our waiter was very respectful and great. Overall great experience.

MOA was such a fun experience so it definitely deserves 5 stars. 5 stars for the food: we ordered the classic #2, à la carte shrimp, the bibimbap and 4 orders of rice. All the meat was super tender and flavored so well, especially the short ribs and the shrimp, our favorites. We got the steamed egg and the kimchi stew as our sides, great! We were a party of 8 and the amount of food was just right, though you could order more to make sure everyone is stuffed. The staff was so friendly and offered to help get us started with the cooking, which was much appreciated. I really enjoyed their warmth and it made the whole night even better!

The food was delicious! We enjoyed the pork ribs, sides (especially the kimchi), and the salmon! Our sever was quick to refill our water and came to check in on us multiple times throughout the meal. If you are going during the week, there is a wider range of affordable options at lunchtime (closer to the $14-20 range). Depending on when/what time you go, this could be a good place for a nice work lunch, fancy dates, and group celebrations. The atmosphere is nice and the restaurant itself is elegantly dressed. It was perfect for a birthday dinner for Mom!

Went here for a work function. I haven’t had Korean BBQ prior to this visit, and was on edge if I’d like the food. All I can say is I would eat at MOA anytime the opportunity arises. The 45 day dry-aged Wagu beef Tomahawk was delicious and almost melts in your mouth. I added a couple of photos of the steak but didn’t get any of it whole… the guys ponced on it the second it hit the table and there was nothing left by the time we finished our meal.

Ate here on a Sunday after a Panthers game (W against the Dolphins!) and my wife and I were really looking forward to Korean BBQ. This place hit all the right spots. Service and the vibe were great. If you’re looking for good Korean BBQ MOA will not disappoint. We had the classic #1 and a South Korean beer! We will be back for sure.

I was on a 2 weeks assignment out of town. I was walking around trying to find a place to eat, and nothing; and I mean nothing was opened! I wonder if this is part of the Bible Belt; it’s the only reason to explain why restaurants are closed on Sunday! Sigh! So, I, am resolutely heading back to my hotel, when I, see a line of Asians by a door next to a bank. I got curious and walked towards them. Turns out it is Moa – Korean BBQ Restaurant & Bar.
I was greeted with enthusiasm and given a nice seat with the view of the lower section of the restaurant. My husband brought the kiddos to visit, but they left a little earlier. My suggestion did not sit well with my 24 year old, and the 12 year old was busy gaming, so dad took the 4 hour drive back to Atlanta. Thus my lone dinning! The food was quite simply delightful. A welcome tease to my tastebuds!!! Service was excellent!

Quality & quantity of food was very good, but was very expensive. Our waitress was very attentive at the beginning of our service, but as the restaurant became busier she was not able to check on us as frequently. I was not concerned about this until we were told that our grill had unexpectedly turned off while trying to cook our ribeye. This caused our ribeye to be cooked improperly. I also wish there were other seasoning available besides salt and pepper for the unseasoned meat. The meat was otherwise very good, but overall not worth the price in my opinion.

I dined here for my birthday and had the best experience. The food and service were top tier and made for an unforgettable meal! Rhiannon took amazing care of us. Although everything was outstanding, the citrus yuzu cake stood out. It was the perfect way to end our celebration! We will be back!

This place is amazing! From entering to exiting! The staff is hand picked by someone with a vision of greatness. Our waitress was very attentive and kind. The food was phenomenal!
