My family always enjoyed Olga’s, and the food did not disappoint. Fresh salad, tasty pitas, hot fries, yummy! However, even though we came at an off hour, the staff was not keeping the place clean. There were cigarette butts on the INSIDE of the lobby, and the aisle floors had small pieces of litter. Not the best representation of cleanliness, though food seemed fine

Had a great experience here! My sister & I both got the unlimited soup, salad, & snackers for $12. Salad was fresh & soups were perfect. My friend had the chicken olga with curely fries. She liked hers as well. Very friendly staff. The orange cream smoothie was a little on the icey side (needs more cream) but not bad. We will definitely be coming back again.

This is by far the worst Olga’s location I have visited. Every time I’ve come to this location, there have been consistent issues with both service and food quality. The staff are often rude and unprofessional, and they do not communicate respectfully or demonstrate basic customer service skills.
On multiple occasions, I have received food that was undercooked and had to send it back. It is extremely disappointing to repeatedly experience problems, especially with simple items like bread and soup. The quality and consistency at this location are unacceptable.
This location clearly needs improvement, possibly including new management and better staff training. The negative attitudes of the staff unfortunately reflect the poor quality of the food being served

Recently had our on-site workshop catered by olgas with they’re lunch boxes and have to say the entire lunch itself was underwhelming. The sandwiches themselves all lacked flavor and the cookies that came in the box tasted very strange. By far our least favorite catering experience for work.

We walked in, wasn’t busy at all, waited about 15 minutes to be seated, nobody came and greeted us or even made eye contact. There was a few other bigger parties that walked out as well along with us because nobody came up to seat us within those 15 minutes. We love this place but I am very disappointed in them.

Leah is beyond amazing.. she was both kind and Personable.. She greeted us with a smile and was patient while we Figured out what we wanted to eat.. The manager Jon greeted us at the door, sat us quickly, told us that Leah was going to be our server and came back to the table to check to make sure everything was good.. Well that will be my final subpar meal from Olga’s.
I ordered ONLY 2 meals through GrubHub so I wouldn’t have to go out in the cold & they forgot one of the sandwiches.
This is an unacceptable response & when I called them a woman said QUOTE “it was a mistake MA’AM”? To bring you up to speed this Olga’s has made many MISTAKES to many times!. Then you insult my intelligents when I pick up the sandwich you throw in a 5$ gift card ! It’s not always about the money or getting something free. FIX your issues & fire people & managers NOT doing their job properly!
I see why you have a 3.8 rating, I’m sure it’s much lower. Hire a new manager.!

Just received my order from DoorDash and I’m extremely disappointed! I got a grilled chicken sandwich with cream of broccoli soup and snackers. The snackers were burned the sandwhich was burned! The soup was so salty and had a different texture to it. I couldn’t even eat it! Just looking at the meal alone it should’ve never made it out the kitchen. Never again.

Food was okay. Not as good as it used to be. I got a house salad barely any feta, no whole olives there was a couple tiny pieces of one diced up. I got the BLT olga, not a whole lot of anything in it. It definitely explains why it was so slow at lunch time. Oh and if you get snackers you have to pay extra for the almond cheese unless you get a basket of snackers, when it used to come with it.
