Went to eat dinner with my children. The waitress Destiny came after 10 minutes of sitting saying she would be right back, nope. Then took our drink order and still waited a while for those. We ordered our food which half of it was cold lets forgot about how long we waited. They didnt have the monthly marg and the excuse was they didnt have no liquor because of deliver. I had asked for my food to be hot when she did return then all of a sudden the manager appears. I sat there and watched my kids eat their cold/lukewarm food while still was waiting for my reorder all while the waitress kept walking by no communication no nothing. Oh lets kot forget the nashville hot mozz was looking like it was just in the seasoning. After my kids were done here comes back my food, yea I’m OK my kids is done and frankly I’m was just ready to go. I watched her asked the people behind us if they wanted a box then she looked over at us and proceed to keep walking, mind you my kids had left over food as well. Then I overhear her say she should had been off an hour ago to another co worker. One, that has nothing to do with us as paying customers and if she was overwhelmed then she should had talked to her manager. The experience was no good. If I could have gave them zero stars all the way I would have. I will not come back there again. So I left hungry and upset. You all have to do better.
Update: I went to the one by my way and guess what they had the marg the waitress was very polite and fast service and my food was hot when it was served. I dont know how to put a picture so you all can see the mozzarella sticks they said had Nashville sauce.

UPDATE- was given someone else’s order and they took it back after we returned back to the store. Not to mention they gave me a mummified eggroll after waiting a long while lol
Take out is mid. Don’t care if it costs a little bit more. Use paper to separate the items in a triple dipper. Not everyone wants everything sauced on the plate or other sauces mixing. Food cold for how long I waited. Go back to the tin foil and plastic to go containers. Sauce leaked everywhere and seeped through the cardboard container

We came here on a Saturday a little before 5pm and were sat right away. Our waiter was super sweet and patient with us as we had not been here in a very long time. I ordered the Radical ‘Rita and it was very good so I got a second one. My husband ordered an old fashioned and he thought it tasted terrible. He did enjoy the ‘Rita as well. We ordered mozzarella sticks and we got the 6 count, but we truly could have been good with the 3 count. There was a good cheese pull and over tasty. My husband ordered the Bacon Rancher Burger and he said it tasted great, but the size portions were too much. I did a make your own burger where essentially I ordered the same things on the Bacon Rancher Burger, but only one burger pattie. The burger was okay, nothing to rave about. The ranch I got with the fries was way too liquidy. The fries were average.
Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but this place is way over priced. I can spend the same amount at a way better restaurant.

I came in today to dine in and got seated in a booth I was attended by a young waitress named Dylan she has a great reputation with customer service, she came to greet me with respect I believe she deserves a raise or a promotion.

I usually love Chilli’s BUT I can honestly say they dropped the ball with this.
We decided to get takeout on Valentine’s Day instead of dealing with the crowds. We placed an order at 6:44PM and received a confirmation text that the order would be ready between 7:11PM – 7:16PM. Okay, cool. We didn’t get a text that the food was ready until 8:07PM! I understand that it’s Valentine’s Day but at least give the proper wait times! To make it worse, the food is cold! We literally waited for cold food. I’m not understanding why it took so long to make and it’s not even hot?
Chilli’s definitely gets a thumb down for this experience.

11 family members drove to this location to celebrate a birthday of our 20year old niece. There were lots of customers. We initially had a 15 minute wait. After being seated, our waitress joyfully introduced herself.Jazzmine was all smiles and shared she new as a server. We couldn’t tell. She was professional, with appreciated how friendly she was.
It took long for our main food to come out, but we ate our appetizers and enjoyed one another. Jazzmine made sure our beverages never ran out.

Sat in the bar area & had the best meal from a Chili’s in years. Salmon was crispy and perfect but the ends of the asparagus were not cut off. Steak and shrimp fajitas were good too. Quick stop traveling thru town. Bartender was very attentive with great service. Visited 6/22.

The parking lot was empty so they were not busy. Food was good but service not so much. We had to continue to ask for refills for our party of 5, 3 people had water. We got the chips as an appetizer and asked for a 2nd “bowl” of salsa, It never came. When she picked up the chips she asked if we wanted more. We said, sure, if we can have some salsa. My son asked twice for his dipping sauce. When it finallyt came, it was straight out of the fridge cold. We had to ask for our bill and she sent it to the table kiosk. Maybe the server was new..just a thought.

I ordered a steak, medium rare got it completely rare. It look like they did not even cook it.
Salt on chips enough to kill someone .. ordered chicken tenders so dry and stringy almost choked my son.
They did comp for some of bill but having to wait to recook a steak and son not able to eat at all cause of ruined appetite
The whole meal experience was a zero star for me

Stopped in for dinner with my family. The service is extremely slow. The food was being brought out by runners. They were bringing the wrong food to our table. The servers were standing around talking and not taking care of their designated tables. I had to get a manager to get my waitress attention. My food was cold when it came to the table. My daughters steak wasn’t cooked as ordered. We were there for over an hour and we didn’t get our drinks refilled at all. Poor service.
