Tonight was the second night out of the last 4 days coming to get a large dipped cone. The first experience 2 days ago was large dipped cone with maybe 5 oz of ice cream on a standard 10oz. Tonight when coming through the drive thru I mentioned that the last one was possibly a medium. Please ensure this one is large. I get to the window. The worker claimed to have weighed it at 9 oz. I challenged it. When you pay $5.23 for a large dip cone when you can get a better experience with a small Blizzard receiving more ice cream with treats at the same price point. The young lady was nice and stated she understood the frustration and measured the next one out to be at 12 oz. As I do value the correction. Once being provided the corrected cone and saying thank you. This young kid with glasses was clapping disrespectfully. As I respect businesses starting off young adults working. The kids that are employed here need to be educated in customer satisfaction. They need to remember that positivity and negativity is spelled with the same amount of letters choose the right side. Inspect what you expect. Per the ticket Bralynn did well. Thank you.

We stopped here to get some Blizzards after spending some time in Athens . One of my son’s Blizzards didn’t arrive with everyone else’s and I think that they forgot. No big deal, I reminded them, and they quickly got it to him . Great place.

December 4th 2025 roughly 7:45 pm whoever was working that night you all deserve a raise and a bonus. This was the most overwhelmingly great fast food experience we’ve had in so long. Actual effort put into the food, actual food and not the weird shrinkflation nonsense every other fast food restaurant gives you. Hats off, round of applause, standing ovation! It felt like pre-covid fast food again, the good stuff. Thank you!

We have been going to this DQ location for years and love what they do for the community, but today was our last visit. This is the third visit in a row where we witnessed female managers berating the kids working there in front of customers. It shouldn’t be happening at all or behind closed doors, but the fact that it happens and happens in front of customers is inappropriate. My wife, kids, and I will not be back. I was shocked to see the manager snap on a kid for just trying to help. A few weeks ago, we saw two young kids up front working and the manager borderline screaming at them. I said something to that manager the last two times and today, a different manager was doing it too. These instances were all female managers but I didn’t get their names. If they can’t talk to people without being snippy and nagging, they shouldn’t be in management positions. Looks like a problem across the board. Owners need to deal with this. The community doesn’t want to see teenagers getting yelled at by managers at an ice cream place. My wife and kids were so uncomfortable that we left. We won’t be back. It’s a shame because the owners are nice people and the food is always great but I can’t support a business ran that way.

The restaurant wasn’t busy at all I went in to order and there’s this manger yelling at employees very rude and causing chaos! I want to say her name is Lauren. She was always gossiping with other employees about people in the lobby! This is not the first time I have seen this it’s been numerous times since I go here often! Her behavior is out of control and a manger shouldn’t be acting like this! She should be leading by example that’s far from an example! This has turn me away from here with her rudeness!

Second bad experience. This time, I ordered a mint ice cream with m&m’s. I get the order from the drive-thru and it’s not standard mint green color. To note, it’s for my wife and I don’t taste mint well; tastes like vanilla to me so taste test is a poor indicator. I ask at the window, are you sure this is mint? “Yea, it’s mint”.
Something in my gut says it’s not mint so I go around and get down and go inside real quick. I ask to confirm “This is mint with m&m, right? Nothing else?” They say “It’s mint and m&m” so “Okay, thank you” and I’m on my way home.
Sure enough, I get home and my wife looks at it funny, takes one spoonful and says “this is like vanilla and a hint of mint.”
Needless to say, I’m pissed and frustrated and she’s disappointed. Really shitty experience.

No different than any dairy Queen that you will visit around except for the fact that the employees are the most friendly I have ever experienced.

I asked for extra toppings in my blizzard, there was one chunk, one bite! My ice cream cone was almost non existent because it was so small! Won’t be back. Never had such small portions at any DQ before… wild.
