We came here for a pre Valentine dinner and had such a great experience. The ambiance was nice and cozy.
Our server was amazing and very honest when we asked about menu items, which we really appreciated. We ordered the Ahi Tuna Wontons, the special with two lobsters and a 32 oz steak, plus blueberry mocktails. Everything looked beautiful and tasted just as good. So juicy and flavorful!
Honestly, everything felt perfect from start to finish. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Thank goodness our meal was fabulous, because our waiter was not. The good: our meal was great. The steaks were amazing, the sides were great, the drinks were awesome. The hostess was great. The bad: our waiter, Robert M., was terrible. Non-attentive is an understatement. Non-existent is more like it. We had to ask for water, forks, bread, pepper. He never once came by to ask how our meal was. We had to ask a bussboy for water refills, we had finished our appetizers and had to wait nearly 20 minutes for Robert to come back to take our order. Once our table was cleared we waited another 20 minutes for our check. We were never offered dessert.
Did this ruin our valentine’s dinner, of course not. Was I thoroughly annoyed, yep. As I said, the meal was fabulous. We will definitely return. I’m confident we will have an entirely different experience.

We celebrated my son’s birthday at Eddie Merlot’s, and the entire experience was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt upscale yet welcoming. The service was exceptional — attentive, professional, and genuinely focused on making our celebration special.
The food was outstanding. Every dish was prepared perfectly, and you can truly taste the quality. The steaks were cooked to perfection, and everything from the sides to the drinks exceeded expectations.
They made my son’s birthday feel memorable and special, which meant a lot to me. I highly recommend Eddie Merlot’s. We will definitely be back!

Came here on Friday for happy hour. Great food specials and Jorge was a great server/bartender. Lobster roll was good, lamb chop lollipops were cooked perfection. The filet mignon potstickers were phenomenal.. I highly recommend this place if you’re coming for regular dinner it is on the pricier side. As a first time Diner at Eddie Merlots in Burr ridge, all I can say is I will definitely be back!!! The craft cocktails and food went beyond our expectations! Probably one the best steaks I have ever had! It literally cut like butter! Our server Samantha made us feel so welcome, like we had been dining there for years! She was outstanding! I have always wanted to try this establishment and I am so glad we finally did! We can’t wait until we return…and it will be soon!

We were celebrating my husband’s birthday, it couldn’t have been better. When we walked into the restaurant, we were greeted very nicely. Our server, Stephanie, was very attentive, polite, personable, and made our whole experience top-notch. She said she was new at Eddie Merlot’s, only there for a few days; however, you would’ve never known this. She was very professional and considerate. This has always been our favorite restaurant, and we were very excited to get a reservation for his birthday. The bus person who cleaned the table afterwards and made sure that we had fresh water throughout our meal was excellent as well. Overall, all of the staff members at this restaurant deserve a high five!
One additional comment, the presentation of our meal was absolutely beautiful. For some reason, the first photos I submitted were cut off. I’m trying to add one more to show how nice everything looked.

Great for 1-on-1 or small group setting. Low light ambiance. Intimate seating arrangements. Live music playing trivial theme songs from pop TV. The food is great from bread to appetizers to entrees to libations. The service is great. We were greeted and checked on by multiple staff. Sam was our main waitress, and she was wonderful to talk to about our steak options. The bill was $200 and I didn’t care. Money well spent.

Had an incredible meal tonight. Our server, Lisa, was beyond excellent. She made some great recommendations. The appetizers were delicious. Our lamb lollipops were the best I’ve had. Everyone always says how great the cheeseburgers are, so we tried those and everyone is right. They were fantastic. And the carrot cake was a great ending. Can’t wait to go back in a few days to try some other things!
