After a long day we were too hungry & decided to find out if they have anything with fish. And to our surprise they had tuna . We ordered the meal . Food was delicious, place is clean . Customer service was great. They even make sure our food doesn’t touch pork while cooking . I am so happy for the respect .

Ordered a to go order and had to push the time out a bit hoping it would be ready for me when I got there after my commute home. About 30 seconds before I pulled into the parking lot, I got an email telling me that it was ready. Everything tasted great. Perfect timing and a great meal.

This is a good location in Farmington’s Station Park. We’ve eaten here many times and have the same experience every time. The food is consistent and hot, but the staff is less than helpful and not willing to even call out your name when the food is done. Especially if it’s in a to go order. Habit is a step up in a burger place, but their staff is not well-trained in vocal skills.

I ordered the Santa Barbara Char which comes on sourdough bread and with avocado. It’s absolutely fantastic! The food is 5 stars. The only reason my review is 4 is that they redesigned the interior of this location and it lacks the charm it originally had and now feels very corporate and stale.

Sometimes you find out what someone’s made of when things go wrong. I am allergic to onions, and so, of course, I ordered my burger without onions. It looked fine, but after biting into my burger, I realized how m any onions were on my burger.
I took my burger up to the counter and told the staff what happened. One of the shift managers immediately asked if I needed an Epi-Pen, and when I said no, she and another worker immediately took care of the problem and gave me a replacement burger, which was fresh and delicious and onion free.
So I really appreciated the way that the counter staff responded to what could have been a big issue, and I will be back. But, it would be nice if the original order had been correct in the first place.

I hate to have to do this because we love their food, but the service last nice was unacceptable and left my niece never wanting to eat here again. They didn’t bring out her chicken bites and my mom had to talk to 3 different people up front over a span of time to get these made for her after already purchasing them. By the time she finally got them we were all pretty much finished eating our meals. There were 6 of us. Highly disappointing. We won’t be eating at this location again.

The food was great. I really didn’t like the kiosk way of ordering. And I really didn’t like that I had to be very specific in the kiosk and order napkins and salt and all these little things. I felic the kiosk was much more complicated. I also felt rushed and didn’t really get what I wanted because I couldn’t figure out where to make changes. I didn’t want fries but I couldn’t figure out where to change the fries to onion rings without talking to someone at the counter. Maybe you guys can make a change with the kiosks. Make him more user-friendly. I’ll even come back and test them out if you make a change to them.

Great care and attention to your needs. There was a mix up with another customer which resulted in another customer accidentally taking our order from the pick up counter (which isn’t a big deal) but the Manager named Chris sought us out at our table to make sure we got our correct order and we were satisfied. You don’t typically see that type of service and customer care at a counter service with how busy & crowded it can be at the counter. Really impressed by the staff here at Farmington “the Habit Burger Grill”
