I’m always skeptical about new mexican restaurants but being new to the area I had to try. The restaurant its self was great and clean. Our waiter Antonio was the friendliest man ever. Our food was delicious and this is coming from someone very critical of food when I eat out. We got the 3 little chimichangas, rice and beans and a tamale. All great. I took two of the chimichangas home and they were great the next day for lunch. Definitely recommend

This experience was completely unacceptable. We sat down and were blatantly ignored while staff walked past us multiple times without so much as a greeting or a simple “we’ll be with you shortly.” Even with a large party leaving, there is no excuse for ignoring seated guests. What made this situation disturbing was watching a Caucasian couple who came in after us get greeted immediately while we were treated as if we didn’t exist. That told us everything we needed to know.We felt disrespected, uncomfortable, and unwelcome. We left and will never return to this location.

This was my first experience dining at this restaurant, I was genuinely impressed by the ambiance, as captured in the photos I took. Upon arrival, my party of four was warmly greeted and seated without delay. We started with a friendly and attentive waitress, but that level of service quickly changed.
Despite placing our orders for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, appetizers, entrées, specific condiments, and additional plates within the first 15 minutes of being seated, we still experienced at least a 30-minute delay in service. Meanwhile, we noticed that the tables in front of and behind us, also served by the same waitress, received prompt service. It was rather amusing to see those two tables, one with two guests and the other with four, being well attended to while we waited, watching them enjoy their meals and eventually leave, all while we had to chase down our waitress through other servers or physically get up from the booth to request items, including our checks.

I finally made it to Margaritas in Fort Mill, and I wasn’t disappointed.I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Julian and his customer service and personality are pristine. Once I was seated, I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Chris who definitely helped me order what I needed for my tine here. I will admit that the customer service and hospitality was on point, and these gentlemen are the representation this establishment need. No to mention the music selection is great. So if you’re looking for a Mexican restaurant to try , this place is it.

I got here for early lunch around 11am and I was impressed by the decoration and whole ambience. I ordered a Lunch Quesabirria and it was delicious. I didn’t have them 5 stars because I got an unsatisfactory experience with my waitress because she took too much time to serve me while the restaurant was basically empty (it was early) and also forgot something I ordered. I’m sure most of the servers are much better.

I’m an 65 yr old black female who arrived at 9pm and was greeted and seated immediately. The waitress brought my water immediately but never returned after asking me if I needed a minute to view the menu. It wasn’t busy only three booths and one family of six were there. I laid down my menu which means that, “I’m ready to order.” I tried getting the attention of my waitress chatting at the bar with a white head man and a young lady. I told a young man cleaning tables across the room that I was ready to order. She did appear to come take the bill of another couple in a booth across the resteraunt. I left at 9:20pm without the waitress coming to take my order, despite being told by a young man cleaning a table that I was ready to order. They did not realize I understand Spanish.

First of all I wanted to inform you that you better have cash otherwise they will charge you $2.39 credit card fees on $68ish order. Went here 3 weeks ago on Friday. Place was packed bit we were seated fairly quickly. Our server came and took orders for drinks, and appetizers. Appetizers came quickly but no drink. Ordered main entrées and reminded of drink. Someone else brought in our main course but no drink. Had to remind someone about to check on the drink order. Finally server came with drink when I was 75% done with my meal. Drink was fairly big and was hoping to sip it since appetizers but had no desire to have it now. But couldn’t send it back as I didn’t see my server anymore. Asked someone else to get our server with a check. Check was with $68 dollars between 2 people. I usually don’t carry more than $40 on me all the time so decided to pay with card. Which rounded my total to $70 something including credit card fees. This is the first time a restaurant has charged credit card fees on top of over priced mediocre food. Saw my server total of 4 times, while I was there for about 1 hr 10 minutes. Food 3/5, service 2.5/5. Overall 3/5. Will explore other options before coming here.

Definitely not going again. I had Mexican food in the past but food served at this restaurant is no where close to that. Homemade Guacamole was the only dish which was good. Coming to appetizers, mexican street elote was tolerable and chicken wings were disaster. Chicken empanadas were unpleasant as the chicken was not fresh.Mexican rice and beans were decent. Veggie tacos were bland. Shrimp fajitas were overcooked and no seasoning at all. Surprisingly desserts were not served.
