The workers are bad ass . I think they trying to call me fat though I asked for a 10 piece chickie nuggies, got a 4 piece with no sauces. Except for that minor error everything was good. Fries were hot and fresh, fish filet was also hot and fresh, and they were very nice. Next time I’ll open my bag and check good before I leave.

Genuinely the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The store will be almost empty and it will still take FOREVER to get your food. Every customer here was already waiting for 20+ minutes. I had to cancel my order that was 2 items because it took so long. please fire the entire staff. DO NOT GO HERE.

This was once a good spot to stop by, coming off i20. Now under new management, this location sucks and the manager is the rudest person in the whole store. Not reading tickets correctly, food is lukewarm to cool. And they break under a small pressure of customers.

Rushing you to order, half listening, and to top it off you pay $4 for a large fry that’s half empty…Prices going up and service continues to go down. I don’t visit McDonalds often and when I do I’m reminded why I don’t!!!

Updated May 2025: I’m making good on my threat and dropping the rating to 1 star.
We submitted a curbside order at 6:15 PM and checked in at 6:41 PM. The app said the food would arrive in 2–5 minutes, but we waited 26 minutes in spot 5 before the order was brought out—incorrectly—at 7:07 PM. There was one car in the drive-thru, one customer inside, and us at curbside. This used to be a great location, but over the last year or so, the service has tanked. It’s frustrating to pay more and receive worse service. I now go to Circle K for drinks because McDonald’s prices have skyrocketed, and the experience isn’t worth it. Staff seem to hate their jobs and act annoyed when customers expect accurate, timely service. I’ve waited even longer before—curbside is consistently slow, drive-thru constantly pulls people forward, and staff ignore walk-ins. It feels like no one is managing the store properly. Whatever automation was added clearly isn’t working. This location needs better leadership and staff who take pride in their work.
Updated March 2025: downgraded from 5 starts to 2..I should drop it to 1. I don’t know what happened, but we haven’t had an accurate order given to us in months, maybe longer. Also, the wait time for the orders are outrageous. If there’s something missing, good luck trying to get help, there’s no one at the counters. You have to make a scene to get anything accomplished. The employees look like they hate their jobs and the customers and act like we are bothering them. Hopefully they’ll get this figured out soon, otherwise we’ll be getting curly fries from Arby’s down the road.
Updated June 2024: There is a TON of construction in this area for future businesses and possibly even a residential tract. The driving/traffic pattern makes it difficult to turn left to get back on the Interstate so if you need to turn left, I’d suggest driving through the gas station parking lot to catch the light by the Bojangles.
Original Review: McGraniteville is awesome! It’s veteran owned, clean, efficient, and the staff is always friendly. The service is really good every time we visit. This isn’t your typical McDonald’s, you get exceptional service and fresh food. Please keep being awesome!!

Fairly quick at getting the food to you, though there has been a couple times where we received the wrong order. Thankfully, it was extra food instead of it being completely wrong.

4:30am and no line besides one person behind me. Got attitude as soon as she finally answered the drive thru. Pay window was side eyes and no words spoken. Got my food just for it to be wrong, asked for ketchup and jelly, got just jelly, then she stared at me and said “whatchu want?” As I replied “the ketchup” and she hands me one packet. I get it’s early, but I travel for work and I’m about to make an 8 hour drive and wanted some hot food to kick said drive off. Just sad honestly, do better lady.

Terrible management and employees. Make you pull around even when no one is behind you in drive through. Food is always cold even after waiting 10+ minutes. Half of the time the food is wrong. Terrible McDonald’s and horrible management. The young man who is a manager has a horrible attitude. Corporate needs to step in.

When I finally got my food, it was cold and not fresh at all. To make it worse, the employees at the window had an attitude. Definitely a disappointing experience — this location needs better service and fresher food.

This McDonald’s doesnt understand the meaning of fast food. Every time I come here the wait is 30 minutes or more! I get served faster at the sit down mexican restaurant right across next door!
