I want to the subway Warsaw Virginia to buy two cookies and the worker got nasty because she thought i want 2 box cookies but I ask for two and she told me you made me get them get for nothing and she say that all right and I told her In a nice way I didn’t notice and didn’t mean no harm because I didn’t do no harm because I did everything legal and didn’t notice she fix me two boxes of cookies and when she gives me the two cookies after I bought i say yes ma’am and thank you that woman didn’t hurt my feelings because I know it is legal not to be perfect and not notice things.

For the first time in 3 years I tried this subway again. It was 100% just as terrible as the first time I ordered. Employees (2 Subway and 1 gas station attendant) were slower then molasses, confused about anything that came on the subs listed behind them on the sandwich board, rude, and overall we’re more interested in their own conversations then in trying to get food out. To top off everything the subway employee told us she couldn’t ring our chips up at the SW register which I totally understood and kind of assumed but when we got to the other cashier for the GS she informed me in quite the rude tone that she couldn’t ring up one of the 3 bags.I should have spent a little more money and gone to one of the real restaurants and gotten take out. Last time I waited 3 years to come back. This time I just won’t ♀️

It was takeout, but the atmosphere was pretty good in the car. Third time in 10 days we’ve split a BMT at the no dining room Subway. Its a great budget meal and they have delicious cookies and Barqs Rootbeer! Yum! The employees seem like they don’t like their jobs, but they’ve been there several months.

When I walked in the clerk at the gas station register called for the Subway employee. 7 minutes later the employee came out walking slow enough to actually turn time backwards. She proceeded to do everything as slow as humanly possible while glaring at Mr like I’d committed a horrendous crime against her family.
I could have easily gone somewhere else, but I had my son in the back seat who just had surgery and all he wanted out of the day was a sub from Subway and I didn’t want to disapoint.
Food was good though, of course I could see her making it which is why I was confident enough to take it.

Ordered curbside. Their system needs improvement. I had to go inside which is what I was trying to avoid. Staff was quick and friendly. Sandwich was hot. Veggies fresh. Would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for the check in glitch

I went to order and as I’m ordering the other sandwich maker cuts me off to ask the other one about a person that had nothing to do with work.! So I’m telling her my order and I guess she isn’t hearing me because of the other sandwich maker cutting me off and she gets my sandwich all wrong.! Horrible service!

Placed curbside order at 6pm via mobile app. Called at 614pm to notify that I was right outside waiting. Order was supposed to be ready at 630pm. Finally at 642 I went inside to get my order only to be told they went outside looking for my SUV and was not able to locate it. My truck was parked directly next to the subway side glass where I watched the 3 female subway employees make several orders and the male ExxonMobil employee wait on customers on the other side. Their response oh he went to the other side looking for you. My food was cold (ordered a toasted sub and pizza).
