We went for dinner on a Friday night and sat in the bar area upstairs. Service was fast and friendly! We both made our own burgers which were delicious. They were big but not huge. The fries and onion rings were seasoned perfectly. We also tried their “grind house” sauce on the side. It’s tasty as well! I also indulged in a “boozy peach milkshake”. Definitely try one of the shakes! Parking can be tight. Great date night spot for a burger. Dog friendly!

Went in at 8pm on a slow, rainy Wednesday. The young black and purple haired girl at the counter could not have cared less about our order. Which is probably why our burgers came out wrong the first time. We sent them back and the gentleman that helped us was super nice and accommodating. Both burgers came out almost correct. One was missing bacon the other chili. When I showed the receipt and showed that my burger was missing bacon that was an additional $2 add on the girl came back with REFRIGERATOR COLD bacon. I didn’t even finish my burger… I’m super disappointed in the downstairs nightshift.

Grindhouse is an Atlanta institution. The menu is built around burgers and Southern staples – fried green tomatoes, fried pickles, hot dogs, and burgers of every kind. They also do boozy milkshakes, and even the salads hold their own.
Cowboy, Yankee and grindhouse style are my go to’s and the avocado salad is nice as well.
The outdoor & bar area are great, but the inside feels a bit stale and isn’t really my scene. Still, it’s always a great time here: good service, great food, and an easy go-to hang.

We ate upstairs as the full service bar. The food is delicious, and the staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend customizing your own burger and finishing it off with a chiller. Note the upstairs is adult only, 21 and up.

Burger was really good! Kind of confusing when it’s your first visit. Bar and outdoor is upstairs but if you order your food downstairs then you can go upstairs. You won’t know this until you enter on first floor and then try to go up. Reasonable prices.

I was pleasantly surprised at this place. There was effort put in to make this a good place to hang out. The food was very good and fairly priced. The service was prompt and friendly. I could absolutely see myself hanging out here on the regular. Thank you Grindhouse. I’ll be back.

My husband loves a good burger ! We were in the neighborhood and checked the reviews and decided to stop in! We went upstairs to the bar area, 21 or older to enter! The service was good! The drinks were good! The burgers were great! We’re from the Midwest and grilled onions mean a lot they had Maxwell style green onions!!! I got the Grindhouse style burger and my husband built his own….Delicious! They only do Medium or Well done burgers. Either way they were delicious. 10/10 would recommend.
