This McDonald’s was very clean! And they got my hamburgers correct! I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in years that can understand that when I say extra onions, that means I actually want to see onions, and when I say no cheese, that means I want a hamburger that doesn’t have cheese. Sounds simple, but apparently isn’t. I was so grateful this place got all of our orders correct! Plus, they actually had a play place! My kids got to play a little bit after being in the car for hours, which was amazing! I wish all fast food spots would bring their play places back!!

I came in the store while heading back home after holidays . Let me just say i don’t expect much from McDonald’s . But this encounter with the employees was truly unacceptable. First I tried to use the self service to order but the McDonald app wasn’t working so I walked to the counter so my code could be applied manually with them . The first employee marqueese was who I tried explaining what was wrong and as I was speaking midway notice him walking away . No communication or anything just simply walked off . Left me talking to the air . I kept calm but that was RUDE. Second time he came back and I wait for him to at least ask “what do you need?” Or “how can I help” but I couldn’t even recieve bare minimum customer service . Pants sagging , no commitment to the customer care it was disrespectful and definitely degrading to be treated that way . When I explain the issue again he tells me “I don’t even know how that app works. I don’t know anything bout that” so now I’m upset and firmly say “ okay get me someone who does” he walks off and some other employee who I don’t have recollection of his name but had his pants sagging as well comes to me after a while and after I tell him the issue about the app not giving me a code for a discount , he replied with “nothing I can do about that” . My husband told me it’s fine to just order so I did .So we see that literally EVERY customer there was having issues with their orders and that’s when we decide nvm let’s cancel this order , we have a long way back home and don’t need the order to be wrong . Well the employee who I have no recollection of his name goes to tell my husband . He can’t do a refund only a manager and that he don’t know when the manager can do it . My husband said so you don’t have a manager that can do it right now and the guy proceeds to say NO .
Maybe like 2 minutes later the manager named ERICA came out to proceed with the refund . She did try her best to help us and did refund us our order but those employees seriously need more training . If you can . Just avoid this place . It’s not worth it .

This place at night sucks , I went today at 10:15pm and the workers had no customer service , the food wasn’t made fresh and it was disgusting ! They gave me a double cheeseburger with mayo (that I’m allergic of) AND THE SANDWHICH DOESNT EVEN COME WITH MAYO , I understand it’s maybe around closing hours or late hours but food should always be made fresh or at least kept HOT & made CORRECTLY . Definitely wouldn’t recommend during the hours of 9-11pm .

If I could give negative stars I would, everytime I go to this location I order a large fry to only get half the fry box full, why am I paying $4 for cardboard? Not to mention my food is always messed up and never made to the specific I requested. Do better!

Ordered a fish sandwich 2 Big Mac meals and a chocolate shake. It took about 20 minutes for eat here service to get my meal and it was not hot the fries and fish sandwich were not hot and I was told that the delay was due to cooking the fish sandwich. Then the shake machine was broken and they asked if I wanted a different drink or refund and I asked for a refund 12/21/2025. Horrible service

The employees that take the orders at the drive-thru need to stop talking and laughing with other employees so they can hear when someone is giving their food order. Having to repeat an order 3 times is ridiculous, all because they are more interested in laughing with other employees. And the biscuits at this McDonald’s are awful. They serve old biscuits that are as hard as a rock.

Everything was clean and the service was great, they have computer ordering. I was shown how to operate a new computer and the food was delivered to my table ASAP. It also had a nice playground with a tv in there for the kids. I was impressed shut up.
