So I decided to give this place a try and ordered a hamburger and omg it was burnt and hard to chew. But I was so hungry and had not that much time to eat. I eat that burger anyways. I don’t think I will ever come here again. That cook need to learn how to cook a burger otherwise he/she will be losing a lot of customers.

So, I get a respond from chilis telling me to go to a website to help fix this issue. they way to fix this issue starts with the Management. they need to be held accountable for poor serves. Not send me to a website. Look at this picture read my comments then address the situation with the cook and management.

I had an AWFUL experience at this Chilis location in Farmington. I am 21 and presented a valid, UNEXPIRED Texas driver’s license, it expires in 2031. Before even checking the date of birth or expiration, the waitress immediately refused it because it was vertical.
When I tried to explain that it was an out-of-state license and still valid, I was not allowed to speak and was continually yelled at which caused a scene. I totally understand restaurants can have their own policies and that is fine, but refusing to even look at the ID and speaking to a customer in that manner was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. After leaving I looked up state law on the matter. A business cannot legally refuse a vertical license just because it’s vertical if it otherwise meets valid ID requirements.
The waitress also ignored me the rest of the night and would not refill my empty non alcoholic coke.
I would hope staff are trained to at least review an ID and communicate respectfully to their customers, even when declining service.

Great service. Nyla was an amazing server. When we return, we will be lucky to get her again. I cannot say enough about her attention to our needs and constant checking on us. She also took a few minutes from her busy lunch shift to talk and share a few laughs with us. We hope to see her again when we are back at Chili’s in Farmington.

As good as it gets really. It’s a chain so there’s not much to expect but everyone was nice and worked in a timely manner. It was clean and well staffed and that’s about all you can hope for so props to this chili’s! And their guacamole was surprisingly good.

Our server Sean was AMAZINGGG. He always had a smile on his face and made sure we sure we were taken care of without being abrasive. We got the triple dipper and everything was sooo good. Usually sometimes the chicken isn’t great or the big mouths are bland but everything was top notch! Definitely excited to come back

With limited options for sit down dining in Farmington, it’s sad to see such poor Management. Our orders are frequently done incorrectly every with minimal changes to the menu item. Management doesn’t seem to follow the adage that “the customer is always right.” Was charged for two entrées win the order was messed up. Then the manager would not take one of them off. I feel bad for the service who do a good job there. I won’t be going back.

Went to Chili’s tonight after a movie with a group of friends. Our server was Shawn. He was very attentive, friendly, and patient with us ordering and changing our mind, kept our drinks filled.

Shaun was very nice and attentive. Ribeye steak was cooked perfectly and loaded mac was great! Shrimp were kinda small and kids menu isn’t very expansive but otherwise 10/10 go Chilis!
