This location is a mess. Even when you order through the app they get it wrong. Going through drive-thru is an even bigger mess. The girl taking orders doesn’t understand how lines work. Waited in line one while she took all the cars in line two, even the new customers driving up while everyone in line one waited. They are not friendly and by the time I got my food, it was cold. This location needs an overhaul of both service and food quality.

I’m from out of town. I stopped to get breakfast and the young ladies that worked this morning were so polite and professional. I even told the young lady that we should able to tip them versus rounding up for charity. She explained how good the program was for the charity. This is what I love to see! It makes everyone’s day better. So thank you ladies from a Texan.

I was at the McDonald’s on 4615 perkins rd. On Thursday 10.2.2025, the McDonald’s I go to multiple times a week.
I ordered a bacon double quarter pounder meal, out of my norm for a treat.
When I got all the way home from work it had no bacon on it. I called & the manager on duty, Jared, said he let all the managers know in the company group message, and that I could retrieve it on a later date.

I came in to retrieve the order today, while also purchasing a hot & spicy & a double cheeseburger. Draya, one of the managers on duty comes to the register and says that she spoke to the manager I spoke to & he said he never spoke to anyone about such an order, so she could only discount it- not zero it out, although I had a picture. I went to my call log and ask her was this the store telephone number. She proceeded to tell me that I could look it up online to look it up or go online and make a review on the store, when all I was doing, was trying to verify that I called the right story even though I know I did. Finally, another store manager, Ms. Corretta, came up there after scrolling through the group message and found the message that acknowledged my issue. After she tendered my order with much more grace and patience than Draya, I asked another associate for two large cups of water, Something that I come in the drive-through four daily, and after she fixed two large cups of water, they proceeded to pour them out and told me I would have to pay if I wanted that in any cup larger than a small.

At this point, this was just the overall terrible experience at some someplace that I go to all the time. There are many times I have very pleasant experiences here sometimes going unrecognized but today I want to make it a point to let you guys know that I experienced terrible customer service, and regardless, they tried to charge me for something that is free out of spite for something that wasn’t even my fault.

Waited first in line at the drive through for 10 minutes, then went to the window to order because no one was helping me. Was met with an Asian man who told me I had to drive all the way around again in the line of ten cars behind me. He deserves to be fired. Purposely ignored me for ten minutes after he said he would be right with me. I’ve seen better staffing at McDonald’s in the middle of no where.

Use another McDonald if you can. This one is chaotic, with about half of the orders I’ve had here missing items, especially with delivery. Getting an order fixed is not easy with delivery. At best you call customer service and get a refund for the items missing- but not for delivery and service fees, and not even a voucher for a free item for your troubles)

I just had one of the worst experiences at McDonald’s ever! All Black people are being served except for white people they got ignored, including me. This should not be allowed in any food chain. I would sue, but I’m too nice if you want a restaurant to treat you this way then I do not know what to do.
