I ordered a bacon double quarter pounder meal, out of my norm for a treat.
When I got all the way home from work it had no bacon on it. I called & the manager on duty, Jared, said he let all the managers know in the company group message, and that I could retrieve it on a later date.
I came in to retrieve the order today, while also purchasing a hot & spicy & a double cheeseburger. Draya, one of the managers on duty comes to the register and says that she spoke to the manager I spoke to & he said he never spoke to anyone about such an order, so she could only discount it- not zero it out, although I had a picture. I went to my call log and ask her was this the store telephone number. She proceeded to tell me that I could look it up online to look it up or go online and make a review on the store, when all I was doing, was trying to verify that I called the right story even though I know I did. Finally, another store manager, Ms. Corretta, came up there after scrolling through the group message and found the message that acknowledged my issue. After she tendered my order with much more grace and patience than Draya, I asked another associate for two large cups of water, Something that I come in the drive-through four daily, and after she fixed two large cups of water, they proceeded to pour them out and told me I would have to pay if I wanted that in any cup larger than a small.
At this point, this was just the overall terrible experience at some someplace that I go to all the time. There are many times I have very pleasant experiences here sometimes going unrecognized but today I want to make it a point to let you guys know that I experienced terrible customer service, and regardless, they tried to charge me for something that is free out of spite for something that wasn’t even my fault.
