There was a Fly inside my burger. I almost ate it I threw up l. The manager didn’t apologize or even speak. This is the wierdest staff I ever met at a white castle they don’t care what’s in your food please go to another one if you can

The lady that took my order was very nice, however the food quality isn’t the same. I used to go here often because my dad like the chicken rings but my last couple visits the food wasn’t all that great. I probably will not be going back for myself. If my dad want to continue eating the food here I will go for him. My fries was horrible like it was burnt fries in with my fries like it was cooked fries left in the basket and when they cooked fresh fries it burnt the old ones and then put in with my fries. I was upset with myself for not checking my food before I left. To be honest I didn’t have to check my food before when ordering from here. I was just disappointed with the quality of my food.

The best time to visit this White Castle is during breakfast hours; (If you can get past the Clown who think he’s a Manager). At least he cooks everything fresh After 3 PM is the worst. Dry Burgers. Fries are cold and hard. Pickles are old. Employees look like they don’t want to work. Little Black Woman (Who looks 50ish) Has a nasty attitude. I was trying to use my debit card but she did not turn on the machine. She made it appear that I didn’t know what I was doing She wanted to take the debit card and use it on the machine herself. I ordered a #11 with Sausage. She gave me that rubbery, under cooked Bacon. She thought that she was going to switch the sandwiches, but I requested a freshly made sandwich. She was not pleased UPDATE: 8/18/25 12:15PM. I haven’t visited this establishment since my last post. Today? I met “Maria” She asked customers? Did they want pickles on their sandwiches? Were they Senior Citizens?. I have never been asked those questions before. Its employees like Maria that will keep your business up and running
