I love coming here when i’m on the road.I order the hamburger every time and I order the bigger than quarter pounder burger.And it was smaller than quarter pounder weird, look at the bun pitcher.The bun’s twice the size as the patty, and it was way overcooked.I forgot to mention medium.She didn’t ask, but so be it.Then, I asked for the buttered mushrooms and there was so salty.I couldn’t eat them.They were horrible.
My girlfriend had the chicken fingers those were good, but a little salty. The sides, the mac and cheese was very salty.
Our server was great but the kitchen took 30min for our app., yes they were busy as it was lunchtime but still took us over an hour all in.
Will I come here again, yeah, love this place.Just maybe next time choose a different chilies.

The first hostess (Hispanic lady)told us if we didn’t want to sit outside there would be a 45 minute wait. Another hostess came right over and sat us. Great food but ok service. We were passing through on our way home from Disney. Ask for Jasmine, she took great care of our party of 11. Jasmine is 5 stars!

Server added a starter to our bill we did not order and after we asked her to take it off she stated she did it on accident, then proceeded to put her own phone number in to “use her personal points to pay for our starter”. What she was really doing was earning the points for our entire meal that we paid for and hoping that we never noticed the up sale she conveniently added to our order. I pointed this out to her and stated I didnt want the credit for the starter I wanted it removed completely and to use my own number for my points. She stated it was going to cost the same and could take up to an hour to get a manager to come remove it from our ticket because they were busy. She still put in her number to credit it, did not remove it, we were unable to put our number in for points and she walked back less than a minute later with a ticket that showed it “removed” and stated the manager took it off. That was not the case. We are not stupid, we know what she was doing. Tall, black, female worked Sunday Jan 25th 2026. To add insult to injury she took a long time to come to our table once we were seated, stayed away as much as possible, my food came out wrong, our sons food came out long before the rest of the table, she took my husbands food without asking, and never brought to go boxes we asked for. This was our worst experience at this location and it was 100% caused by the server. We will try to come back but be sure to make sure she is not our server. We ordered burgers and fries and both were incredible, only wish they had better buns. We also ordered the lava cake…make sure you try it! Delicious! Service we excellent, everyone working there was happy and helpful making you feel very welcome.

My party stopped by this local Chili’s after 1pm on a Saturday. It was fairly busy at that time with a lot of ABAC students and their families eating together during the last weekend before school starts.
We were seated immediately, but did have to wait a little bit before we were greeted by the server.
The drinks came along with the chips/salsa. We always enjoy the chips appetizer at Chili’s.
I ordered the potato soup and a side ceasar salad. The soup came first. A little grainy, and the top portion looked like it had sat at the window for a bit. Good flavor though. The salad came next, and it was good.
My wife got the triple decker app as an entree. She enjoyed what she could, and had to get a to-go box for most of it. A huge portion!
I did have to wait a bit for my drink glass to be refilled.
The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and in good shape.
This was a good restaurant overall.

First impression: the set up at the hostess stand is kinda awkward. We were waiting for the hostess to come back, but felt like we were in the way of people exiting. Otherwise, got seated very quickly. Our server was efficient and nice. We ordered the triple dipper and it came out so fast! We were pleasantly happy with the speed. Egg rolls were ok but should have been served with pico or salsa, the mozzarella sticks were a little salty, but chicken strips were solid and I would definitely order those again.

Came in about 40 min before closing. Had no issues seating me, but then proceeded to bring appetizers and food within 10 min of sitting down all together. Waitress made a comment about “we’re trying to close”. Would have rather just been told they’re not seating anymore. Made me question the food as well, as it did not look plated the way it usually is. Tasted ok though. Will not be returning here.

We ordered ribs. Usually they are moist and fall off the bone but this experience was rated one star. The ribs were super tough, so tough I couldn’t rip the bones apart. Dry as a cardboard. That was returned and chicken Margarita ordered. That was terrible as well. The potato soup had very little potatoes in it, soupy, and the Mac and cheese was the same alot of liquid light on noodles.
All around it would be zero stars but that’s not an option.
