The food was really good. We went at lunch today around noon. It wasn’t busy. We were seated right away with chips and salsa brought out shortly after. The lunch menu was limited but the all the options were great. The price of a burrito supreme was less than a McDonald’s value meal. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area and craving Mexican.

The service is fantastic. The booths are not friendly if you are plus size. The food, depends on what you get my friend got Chropollo and horchata. She loved her food. I got a beef taco which I did not like. Then the enchiladas I got were okay but the chicken inside weren’t even torn apart. So I really didn’t care much for that. I probably wouldn’t go again and I’d try something different.

Yesterday, 5 August 2024, we came across Los Aztecas Mexican Grille after viewing possible new home purchases. Talk about really good mexican food. Believe me, I have had some of the best Mexican food from Mexico. Noooo… not New Mexico, the state, but the country. We really enjoyed our carnitas tacos with rice refried beans. Love the red sauced served with the tacos; I just wish it was a bit hotter!!! The only thing I felt was missing was a few jalapeños. Yeah, I like my mexican food very spicy!!! Our server was awesome, and we have great attention to detail. The food had a great taste. The atmosphere was clean and had a warm, inviting feel. This will be our go-to Mexican restaurant in Mount Pleasant, MI. Shout out to the owner and staff. Continue being blessed.

The food was outstanding!! Visiting the area and glad we decided on this place. Big portions.
My only complaint is the service was quite slow. Took a long time to see a waiter and a very long time to finally get our check. The food came out very fast once ordered though.
It would not deter me from going back and enjoying the absolutely excellent food.

The Fajita Cozumel was amazing. At $18.99, it comes with a plate of beans rice, lettuce, Pico de Gallo, a plate of 3 soft taco shells, and then a huge plate of the Fajita Cozumel. 3 plates of food for $18.99, still a great deal.
Plenty of parking at 1230pm.

Nothing makes me more happy than going around finding the best places to eat tacos we’re talking authentic this restaurant’s pretty when you walk in feels very authentic the food I got was three street tacos in the traditional sense when I was served they looked good tasted good we’re on the smaller side service was fast but all I can think is going to a traditional Mexican restaurant and getting some amazing tacos and literally paying six bucks for them for three tacos and a soda it was about $20 tacos are supposed to be a cheap dish that are delicious the amount of product that goes into a taco is almost nothing the shells are cheap and you got like three ingredients in them $20 for three tacos I think I’m going to have to pass next time. I’m just lucky I didn’t bring my wife and child with me that would have been expensive bill.

It was a Saturday after a football game after we went in, so the service was a little slow. That said, the food was good. The tortilla soup came in a generous portion and had some kick to it. The chorizo tacos were not too spicy, and actually a little sweet to me, which I like. The beans and rice were standard. The chicken. Fajitas were fine, but could have used a little more color on the meat. Otherwise, when my WMU Broncos head up north to smack CMU around the next time, we will return.

This restaurant definitely fits in the hit or miss world, today I possibly had one of the best meals (Mexican) in Michigan,……Past visits not so much.
Before the meal came we were lamenting about how high the prices were on the new exhaustive menu but tonight it was well worth the cost.
Be prepared to spend 12$ to 18$ per plate.

This is the best place in Mount Pleasant for authentic Mexican cuisine. As a SoCal native, I can tell you this was so fantastic!! The food was delicious and it came out quickly, as did our drinks. Also, our waiter was very attentive and kind! 10/10 will definitely be making this a regular outing!

My first time there. First thing I noticed was a weird smell as soon as I entered, I couldn’t tell if it was rotten rash or serious BO. The waitress was good and responsive. The food itself was okay, but the menu is way overpriced, and the fajitas should come with more or bigger shells. I may or may not try the place again.
