Small Starbucks down the street from South Plaza, nice for a quick coffee … has drive through too.

Furniture and floors were a bit dirty and old / worn.

Mostly young staff that forget to smile or greet customers.

I have been coming here a lot recently . Today I visited again on my birthday trying to give them another chance and it just went completely sideways …. young lady came over the speaker very confused sounding saying one second ummmmmmm let search for that order … every time they act like it’s a surprise that someone has pulled up for a mobile .

It’s weird . She was like oh you just placed it 4 min ago ?!? One car in line in front of me and she has a bit of a tude saying that drinks are made in the order they are received and it will be a while for my order. It’s 1 drink ?!? Been 12 min and I came inside to get it still standing here … ovvvvvvveeerrrrr coming here .

I grabbed a latte from here and the service was quick. The staff were friendly and had my drink ready without any hassle.

There’s plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, so it’s a nice spot to relax with your drink and watch the traffic go by.

Just a heads-up: they don’t offer advanced ordering, so you’ll need to place your order in person. At least for the day I was there.

I am writing this review to share my experience at this local Starbucks location because I believe customers deserve to feel welcomed and respected.

I usually visit this Starbucks during the week in the early mornings. Unfortunately, during multiple visits, I have felt ignored by staff members while other customers were acknowledged and assisted promptly. There have been instances where I was not greeted, my questions were brushed off, or I had to wait significantly longer for service without explanation. Over time, these repeated interactions made me feel uncomfortable and undervalued as a customer.

Customer service should be consistent and inclusive. When certain customers appear to be overlooked or treated differently, it creates the perception of bias, whether intentional or not. Businesses, especially ones that promote community and connection, have a responsibility to ensure all guests feel respected.

I have really been trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt . I visit Starbucks daily sometimes two times a day spending about $575 a month and this location Is lacking ! The quality of my drinks are absolutely terrible. I ordered the exact same thing for the past seven years this place cannot seem to get it right.

Was not one ice cube in my beverage today or yesterday it’s extremely dark compared to every other location I have been to in the world and the taste is honestly not great , forcing myself to enjoy it is not my idea of a good morning ☀️

Also, the gentleman or woman at the drive-through window was extremely unpleasant today like he or she had just woke up and I say this because his name tag said they/them . I like to be able to interact with people and call them by name so it was a pretty odd experience, but nevertheless, that was not my main concern . I just wanted to a drink that taste good and satisfies my soul . Xoxo

I’m glad I’m not the only one who has had issues at this location. It used to do so well, and just feels like it’s gone down hill a little bit. I always try to be understanding, patient, it seems it may be understaffed as well. I waited in line for way too long, to then get to the window and the man double checked what I ordered. Then proceeded to ask me 2 more times what I had ordered (even after paying), just to make me the wrong drink. I was very frustrated

Ordered a venti Carmel ribbon crunch, and normally you can taste the Carmel and have the crunch with each sip, but unfortunately, that’s not what I received. Glad I don’t tip hourly paid employees!
