I would give zero if it was an option. Used the app to order and picked up half naked nachos smothered in sour cream
My order was for extra nacho cheese NO Sour cream.. this wasnt mistake, it was choice by an employee to make and hand me something this gross and in direct opposition to what I ordered. Called corporate got a 10$ apology that is useless.. where would I use it? Order from your awful restaurant again? No thank you. Wouldn’t refund even with pictures and refused to escalate my call. Shitty company dont give them your data

At the end of the day it’s Taco Bell, but this is the only taco bell in all of Columbia that does a decent job. They quality at this one is at standards you should expect a store to be. All the other taco bells in town you basically give money for them to give you trash service and trash food.

Went back for food for me and my kids tonight fastest trip through the dt line I’ve ever had, fast service accurate everything tasted delicious and everything was correct so since I had to drive past one close to my house because they never get it right and there’s always an issue I get tired of reporting it but let’s just say it’s not a very smiley at that Taco Bell, but business loop and Providence has me as a full-time customer again! Thanks to all the staff and management.

It was extremely dark in the parking lot. It didn’t look open until I saw the drive thru line. Non of the outside lights on the building were on, nor was the big Taco Bell sign. I ordered a Nachos Belgrande and it was amazing. It had plenty of topping and was fresh.
The downside to my order was that drinks had NO ice and the employee did not advice me of this, nor offer an explanation or apology. We did have to wait in line for a very long-time in my opinion as well. It took us at least 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru line. There is a 9.0′ vehichle clearance limit to go through the drive thru.
