Ordered two sets of the foot long chili cheese dogs and two of the large chili cheese tots. Got almost no chili on them and the dogs are like warm. Attempted to contact the store 7 times and the line kept showing busy. The contact attempts were 4 minutes apart. And after doing a pick up and coming home the drive time to go back and complain is ridiculous. I should. It have to check my food for orders to make sure I’m getting at least decent quality when spending close to 35$

No complaints about the actual employees in regards to friendliness. But we have ordered multiple from here many times and I can’t count how many times our food is either wrong or extremely unsatisfactory. Not long ago my husband stopped and got 2 Ultimate Breakfast burritos that were supposed to have eggs, tomato, onion, jalapenos, sausage, cheese, and tots. What we got was this mess that looked like we got what leftovers they were going to toss at the end of the night. This was the last time for us We’ll never return here again.

Well went to get some food for the family. Well ordered a #1 and #2 with some coneys. Paid them the about $40. Get home missing an entire meal. Go back to get the missing burger and screw me for doing that. They gave me a wrong burger that is cold and looked grey. I will never waste my time here again. You shouldn’t either. I attached the burger that was replaced that comes with no tomato.

First time at this location. Ordered 2 meals both missing sauces and child’s meal was missing toy. The music outside is so loud it’s nearly impossible for you or the employee to hear you order.

People were nice but they don’t care about the food they serve. Crispy chicken sandwich was way over fried and burned. Milkshake was barely blended at all, bottom 2/3 was just vanilla ice cream. They just don’t care about the food they serve.

I was sad to see the Shertz sonic had a B rating. The staff are wonderful. The food has always been good except this last time – burrito was mostly tortilla and the tomatoes I paid for were left off .

This past Thur i did BOGO with the hot dogs. Hot dogs were not good, and cold. Came back today (Tue) for BOGO AGAIN for cheeseburgers. The meat patties were also cold. Sonic, you guys have really gone down the tubes ALOT! So as of now, your locations at FM 78 near Shertz Pkwy and your location on Kitty Hawk is just as bad. If I wanted bad service, I could just stayed with McDonald’s.

Ordered a regular #3, nothing special. Came out so cold felt like it was out of the fridge and on the bun. Apologetically asked for a hot one. Waited 20 minutes, 2nd one was just as cold. $13 down the drain. Worst sonic experience ever.
