This place is just all around nasty. Pizza was so cold and the had no silverware. The soup was freezing! only good thing was the salad and that because its not high maintenanc, employees dont wear hairnets stay away from this cicis. plus i heard they have rats and roaches from a former employee.

Pizza buffet and salad bar. I have ate here twice. Each time the buffet was completely stocked with everything. Fresh salad bar with lots of options of vegetables and toppings plus lots of sauces. Soup. Pasta bar with delicious Alfredo sauce and red sauce. They must have 10 whole pizzas out at a time on the buffet line. They will make you any pizza for the buffet free of charge upon request. They don’t care how much you eat.
The whole place is clean and tidy. They have a nice soda fountain. Some coin machines with toys for your kids. Also a small arcade with big games for the family and older kids.
I almost forgot to mention the dessert buffet. They always have soft brownies covered in powder sugar and cinnamon rolls. The pudding pizza is delightful.
Ask them about the discounted happy hour from 2 pm to 4 pm Monday Thur Thursday. Buffet goes down to $6.

The staff is super friendly and attentive! The energy they have behind the buffet really lifts the place up and they’re lovely to chat with. The food is nice and warm and is nice for a quick but filling lunch.

I was gifted a food voucher for the buffet. The food voucher is on a mobile app called the Dining Advantage. The dining advantage listed this specific location. I called the cashier in advance to determine if the voucher was valid, the cashier said yes. Upon walking into the establishment, i presented the unredeemed voucher to the cashier I spoke on the phone with. She said she didn’t know what the Dining Advantage app was and asked me to redeem it. Then she said she had to double check with her manager. The manager said they couldn’t accept the voucher. I wasted a gift voucher at an establishment that simply does not know standard protocol.

No silverware available only plastic forks I had asked a staff member for a fork and he said they were washing them and would bring us one, but was ghosted instead. I looked for silverware 6 times, and there was never any. Plates were greasy, and I shattered 3 plastic forks, and worried I’d swallow a piece, or someone else would. I wrote to CiCi’s my concerns were basically dismissed.They said they will replace plasticware, but I doubt that will happen. I was offered a coupon for one buffet and not for the additional person I paid for. Our ticket was $32.00 I rejected the coupon, and will go elsewhere.

I won’t be back. The salad bar was horrible. All the veggies tasted expired and the pizza was just cheap. I don’t think they even use real cheese. Also had to wait for fresh pizzas to be put out.

Dropped in at around 3:30pm and found out they have a happy hour from 2-4pm on Monday-Thursday. All you can eat for $4.19 is a great deal (drink is extra)! The selection was good and if you ask for something they don’t have out… they will cook it for you and let you know it is ready. This includes salad, pasta, pizza, and dessert. Service was good also.
