Sugar Factory is a great place to go if you feel the need to feel like a Social Media influencer. All the flash, glam, and fame anyone could want. Me personally, it’s not my thing. I was there for the food, and that’s it. The food was good, expensive, but good. Would I go back? Probably not. It’s a cool place to take kids and experience once, but not something I would plan on regularly attending. This SF felt a little “tired” to me. The bathrooms were a mess, and in need of an update. I’ve seen better candy stores at a mall. The wait staff were pleasant and helpful, and made the experience more tolerable. There’s enough tweens taking selfies to last you a year.

Paid for a birthday celebration and never received one. Food came out cold. Received waters and Soda AFTER the food. Burger had hair. Noodles were over cooked. No to go trays. Was given soup bowls.
This was a horrible experience. To think I spoke with the GM (Franceska) directly and still received such poor service. Your cheap discounts and horrible management did no justice to this experience. And the fact that everything was being put on the server. A PARTY that big should have had TWO servers. I will like to speaks to someone above this GM as this was not acceptable for a table that spent over 1000.
Thanks for such a horrible experience for my daughter’s sweet 16.

I took my daughter in her cousins here for her 16th birthday brunch (party of 7). We were the first people there and we did decide to sit outside on the patio. We still got the same attentive service even though we were the only people outside. Our waitress was awesome. When we first arrived the manager offered to take a picture of us all together. They had very good customer service. The manager was awesome. He gave us a discount for one of the plates coming out late. I would definitely recommend this place to people for a large parties or if you want a really good bite to eat. The food was fresh and it all tasted amazing.

Birthday lunch for me and my best friend. We had such an amazing time and Lele was the absolute best! She made sure that we were having fun and that we were well taken care of! The food was good the drinks were GREAT! Definitely a very pricy place but an awesome place to have a celebration. The music and atmosphere were exactly what we needed!

We enjoyed trying the Sugar Factory in Orlando. The tasting of the food was decent but the visual of the food was excellent. We enjoyed the signature rainbow sliders and the insane & tasty milkshakes! Our service was top tier, Lauren, was fantastic and really made our visit memorable. She was nice and kind of enough to find a duck that I really wanted that comes with the rainbow sliders. One of the employees told us they were out but Lauren was determined to find one for us and she did. I am grateful she was our waitress. We overall enjoyed our time here and would recommend people to come here. I gave a 4 star due to how outdated this place is.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. The cutlery arrived almost at the end of the meal. The dish called “Rainbow,” which is supposed to be a cute and colorful burger and includes a rubber duck, was awful, as if it had been picked up off the floor. When the dish finally arrived, my niece asked about the duck, and they told us they were out of them. They should have told us that beforehand. We ordered a basket of fries, and it arrived almost empty. The dishes all arrived at different times. We came to celebrate my niece’s birthday, and it was a disaster. I have to say that the Blue Cheese Bacon Burger was very good, and the flavor of the meat was spectacular! The fries were also very good. I hope they improve the service and overall quality. We spoke with the manager, who very kindly listened to us, offered an apology and a credit on our bill, and even offered to send the duck dish to our home. The place is super cool; I’ve been to other locations in other states and had a great time! I hope to experience the same level of service and quality of these restaurants in Orlando again soon.

It was nice. Just be prepared for an extra charge on your bill. I’m a tipper but after calculating my bill, they only got that extra gratuity they added in. A meal that totaled $64 ended up being $100 my steak was juicy, just needed some seasonings. I asked for salt and pepper and the pepper Shaker had been punched out. Yep, pepper dumped over my entire dinner. It was dark inside (like a club) I probably would have realized that before trying to shake pepper on my steak. Our waitress was awesome though. I know it looks amazing but it also taste amazing too…. Those colorful slider burgers are moist, meaty and full of flavor. We also got the watermelon sour gummy drink.
The place is spotless, and the staff go out of their way to make your visit a memorable one. We can’t wait to get back to try out their breakfast menu. The drive was definitely worth it!

There was a great selection of music, the kind that makes you want to get up and dance but sometimes it was raised too loud and then they’d lowered it (I preferred lower as to be able to carry a conversation without having to raise your voice). I REALLY went to try their smoking drinks! I had a watermelon Pina colada, that was awesome! They even had gummies in it but as you can see the picture the glass was filled with ice! This one drink (though a big selection to choose from having all the same price or $10 cheaper without the alcohol) I found it so expensive at $52 (I did it just as a one time thing, for the experience and would highly recommend to do it at least once because it was really good tasting)! I shared everything with a friend. We got there around 2:30pm and it pretty empty. I had an awesome Blu cheese bacon burger we paid the extra up charge for onion rings that which were really tasty BUT too greasy. I love a good cheese sandwich and decided to try their’s, supposedly having like 4 different cheeses but it was very disappointing, I make one better at home with using one type of cheese (see receipt of cost). I really liked the atmosphere and was tempted to try their a milkshake which was probably just as good as they look but I was already full and everything is so expensive! I gave it a 4 star because there’s no value and the disappointing cheese sandwich…
