Ever since the remodel, the service has been shit. The wait time is astronomically high for even one item such as a drink. It takes 10 minutes if they even noticed that you’re standing out there the fact that they prioritize DoorDash Uber eats over those who placed order in the house or online and are there to pick up absolutely ridiculous I have sat and waited for my food for over an hour because three DoorDash orders came in after mine and they chose to not do in-house pick up or eat ends prior to DoorDash if you are looking for a quick easy on the go. This is not your average McDonald’s. It takes way too long. The quality of the food is no better almost worse than your normal anywhere else McDonald’s

How you can tell that you are visiting a poor community just visit this McDonald’s! Literally asked for two egg and cheese biscuits. One of the biscuits sub w/ griddle. They got so mad because I know what is cheaper as a former McDonald employee! They literally started yelling at me and withholding my food after I paid because they wanted to charge me approx a $1.50 more by ringing up one of the sandwiches as a bacon McGriddle and subtracting the meat! I don’t eat meat why charge me for it!? Then they want to say I never came to this location and ordered such when I’ve been doing it daily for the past two weeks! I even told them to look up my card information and check my orders….but they refused! Anyways I got what I wanted but they wanted to waste time! I will be calling corporate!

Warren Pennsylvania McDonald’s is super disrespectful unprofessional and to a point they break the law with the way they treat their customers especially when I ask one of their employees to not have contact with my children and they continue to hug my child nothing was done about it and it’s been more than 90 days since the incident there’s been reoccurring issues if my kids didn’t want McDonald’s I wouldn’t never spend my money there again at least at that location McDonald’s is great but their food service atmosphere and cleanliness is not even a one star I have to hit one star to be able to leave a comment

Pretty quickly for how busy they were the only tiny complaint that I have is the french fries tasted like they’ve been sitting there for a little while call Mom which is surprising because they were pretty busy so I figured the Crosby being made pretty quickly but I guess they made a bunch at one time and they sat there for a while. Ordered a #9 Cheeseburger meal…asked for extra pickles and didn’t get them…Ordered a large sweet tea and the brought me out a small frappe and the wait time for the food was way beyond expectations as this is supposed to be a “fast” food restaurant…hardly go to McDonald’s anymore because every time you go your order is messed up in some type of way…very disappointed
