First off I love my Baristas, they are the best! But Starbucks needs to do one thing,Please bring back the original Chai Tea.I use to buy this everyday, literally 5-6 times, but will not be buying the new Chai Tea anymore, Sorry.

I purchased a Frappuccino this morning. My straw kept getting clogged. I took lid off and found small black plastic pieces in the Frappuccino. They were blended up when Frappuccino was made. I was truly upset, this was my first time at this location. If someone looks at this review please check your coffee because they don’t. I added the photo were you can see the black pieces.

Pulled off the interstate for a coffee and the drive through was completely full so I went inside and it was also completely full. They had a lot of staff to accommodate it but it still took a bit over 20 minutes to get my 3 coffees. It was not their fault, everyone i saw was working very hard and everyone was kind and my order was right. Just letting you know so if you’re in a hurry go elsewhere. The area could use a second location.

Very robotic customer service. It’s like humans don’t have personalities anymore. No Customer Care or bedside manners just straight robotic. I got a device shoved in my face to pay for my food with no hello or good morning. The worst part of that is that it asks for a tip first before you confirm your payment. I’m not tipping someone for microwave food. No smile, no joy coming out of these employees. And the ridiculous order that looks so pretty on the website versus what you get. And then of course, because it’s Starbucks you’re paying an arm and a leg for a tiny food.. so disappointing and deceiving . Just reminds me why I never come here. It was not worth $23 for this tiny little meal.

I’m just so done with this location. No one ever did speak to me when I went in to wait for my drink…got to my car and my Frapuccino was basically chocolate milk..just no ice to speak of…I even have extra ice on the order for this ongoing problem but it is clearly not going to ever be corrected. Starbucks is officially NOT THE ONLY GAME in town and this location just doesn’t seem to care.

The customer service is always mediocre. No one seems to be happy about being at work. I have started going to the location near University because my order is never made correctly, so much for saving time. I’m not sure if it’s a new thing but there was a sticker of a cow on my cup lid……..

I went to Starbucks on 9 Mile Rd., Sunday, August 3rd. The lady working in the drive-through, Mitzi was such a pleasant outgoing team member. Her personality voice while taking my order made me smile. When I got to the window, she’s the one that was there and she just had such a great personality I had to tell her. She just was very pleasant very bubbly very positive and just seemed like a wonderful person who enjoyed her job and serving people. She made my day

This location is my go-to location with the distance from my apartment to the great and quick service. I always enjoy my morning coffee. No hate, but also- can we not get lgbtq+ flags on our cups? I don’t mind who is making my coffee, but please leave your politics and opinions to yourselves. I just want my coffee, it’s too early for this nonsense. I don’t care who you are or what you do, but don’t push this kind of behavior onto your paying customers. Not everyone cares. Just really unprofessional and unnecessary.

Busy? That is an understatement for this location. Anytime we’ve been here it has a line around the building. Morning. Noon. Night! Somehow they pull it off. So thankful on this most recent visit to get here before the ‘Red Cups’ were gone. If you haven’t experienced a Red Cup Day count your blessings! If you are one of the fanatics, like my wife, good luck to you next year. It is absolutely insane how many people get out early to hit multiple stores just for a reusable cup. Or as my better half would sum it up, “It truly is the beginning of the holiday season!” On that note, see all you loving husbands out there this third Thursday of November. Cheers!
