Dirty Bathroom. No Paper Towels in the bathroom. No napkins out, no ketchup or salt to pick up before you get your order. I wanted to blow my nose and no one is at the front counter.
But at 9:05 am we have three McDonald’s Employees sitting at different tables eating breakfast alone. Great, and now there are less table to choose from when it is busy.
This McDonald’s is going down hill fast.

I recently placed a $45 order at the McDonald’s on NW 186th St in Hialeah. Upon arrival home, I found 3 underfilled large fries and my entire order of chicken nuggets missing.
When I returned to the restaurant to address the issue, I was met with unacceptable customer service. They refused to refund for the underfilled fries, stating I needed to return them, and only offered to replace the missing nuggets.
Given the inconvenience of returning and the overall unsatisfactory experience, I requested a partial refund. My concerns were not taken seriously.
While I understand this is simply a McDonald’s, we need to start demanding higher standards of customer service in South Florida. This experience exemplified a complete lack of customer focus. Instead of prioritizing resolving the issue and acknowledging the inconvenience I experienced, the focus was on minimizing their responsibility. I expected a more understanding and empathetic approach. This experience was deeply disappointing and frankly, unacceptable.

Do not go to this location!! They are literally $2-3 more expensive for every menu item than any other McDonald’s. Hotcakes (just 3 alone) are $7.16 while you can get them from West Miramar for $4.70. That is literally robbery! Also, the service is bad! The guy at the window just handed me my food, didn’t speak and walked away. Terrible! Never again!!

I would like to address an issue with my recent order from 8505 NW 186 St. While most items were correct, I did not receive the four BBQ sauces for my nuggets or the honey, and my Filet-O-Fish was missing the extra cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes that I had paid for. Generally, I refrain from requesting extra items or modifications because I anticipate errors. I am not seeking a refund; rather, I kindly ask that someone ensure orders are double-checked for accuracy.

This was a odd encounter – apparently they had a hard time to differentiate between “three” and “free” – it could be due to the bad intercom in the drive-in, but even though I clearly said I wasn’t asking for a free hamburger and that I was going to pay, they still didn’t get it. When paying, I again explicit said THREE and at the same time held up three fingers – still I got charged and received only one hamburger. On the positive note – luckily I only received and paid for one as it turned out to be so dry that I feel it had been waiting under a heating lamp for longer than it had to

I have mixed feelings with this place. I enjoy The quality of the food but they always miss something in my order. First it was a straw, later McNuggets and then a whole Big Mac meal. I’m ok getting my money back but it’s the food what I wanted. I have reached to the decision of not buying again here. If you go in person maybe is worth it but delivery? Don’t even think about it.
