I ordered in the drive-thru tonight around 6:45 pm. There were cars in front of me so there was a bit of a wait. The fries weren’t good and when I got home I noticed the double cheeseburger had weird white stuff all over the bottom of the bun… I don’t know if this is molding bread but doesn’t seem safe to eat. I tried calling to speak to a manager, but they won’t answer the phone. Waste of money since this has to be thrown away…

Worst fast food place around. We had to wait at least 5 minutes to order, then another 10 to pay, and then another 20 to receive our ice cream. We ordered a blizzard, and it came completely liquid. Instead of the person saying that the machine was broken and that they weren’t making it, they preferred to deliver larger sizes to make it better. The blizzard came completely liquid, it looked like milk, it was so liquid. Terrible place, terrible service.

Very clean lobby and great service but the Mixing Bowl Mashup Mini left a lot unsaid. Something just tasted a little off about it. I’m not saying the ice cream was soured or anything but something was definitely not right.

Worse experience I have had at drive through in a while. Kids running widow was not showed how to do the job. Everything was thrown together food looked as if it had already been eaten. Will never use this place again even if starving

The food is spot on. Service can be better. Delicious soft serve ice cream. Service suffers when it gets busy. Workers can be slow at times. Not bad people just not interested enough maybe.

We waited in drive through for over 15 minutes to get to window. We were asked to go wait at the yellow pole (bollard) after placing our order. We waited for 18 minutes before food was brought to us. She dropped it off and left immediately. Just quickly saying is this the order with the 6 pieces of chicken. Tried to call out to her but she was gone. We checked bag and only 4 pieces of chicken. We waited a couple of minutes thinking someone will be bring our drinks and ice-creams. Decided to go to drive through window. A guy asked us to drive up and he will get it sorted out. He looked at the receipt then called the girl. She looked right at me and said “I didn’t know you wanted drinks and ice-cream” we were baffled. Does anyone actually pay for food, drinks, and ice-cream but just want the food? I was courteous and told her that yes we did want it. The guy who we assume was the lead was confused too. Anyway, he got us our drinks, ice-cream and 6 pieces of chicken. I told him we did get our chicken just not the full order. He said he wanted to make up for the mess. I would be happy to give just him the 4 stars.

Unbelievable establishment. Came here with my mom for dinner after work and the wait was longer than 30 minutes. While ordering, the girl taking our order had an insane attitude and would not let my mom finnish she kept rushing everything. Even after the wait the order was wrong. We went in to fix it and had to wait even longer while the girls were in the back laughing, goofing off and worrying about door dashing themselves Taco Bell! My mom then decided she wanted to get a refund instead of just getting new ones because they were taking forever. They had the audacity to not take initiative to do anything to fix it but they just sat there and stared at us then looked at each other laughing. THEN they started talking crap about my mom for wanting a refund.Then they said they weren’t paying attention because they were trying to focus on closing however they still had time. This is ridiculous and those girls need to find a job that fits their maturity level. Ridiculous. This happened on August 15, 2025 at 10:20pm, three to four girls being rude from the beginning. I will not tolerate immature teens being rude to my mom absolutely not. They need to be fired I am so mad. Respectfully do better Mount Juliet Dairy Queen and especially with your staff!! If I could give 0 to negative stars I absolutely would. They better be lucky I did not speak up to them for treating my mom like that..

This is the first bad experience that I’ve had at this location. I’m not sure if there was someone new working but my two royal blizzards were almost melted coming out. One had an overabundance of chocolate syrup that spilled everywhere. Neither one of the blizzards could have passed the upside down test!!!! I’m not sure if I will return to this location.

Terrible food quality. Ordered two small blizzards and a chicken tender meal, not only was the order 20 dollars but the meal was a joke. Burned fries and not a full serving plus they left the toast out. Drive through took so long our blizzards were melted. Terrible experience all around.
