The burgers are always delicious and the service is great! I like how easy it is to customize your order, I often get onion rings instead fries…yum! The old school decorations and frosty mugs are also awesome!

Really good food. Front counter stuff was very friendly. We dined in and the restaurant was nice and quiet while we ate. Overall, the Restaurant was rather clean. The bathrooms could have been touched up. Women’s bathroom is single use at a time.

I want to start off by saying I do have sympathy because I myself worked at this restaurant when I was in highschool, so I understand it is mainly ran by children. But, that being said, it does not excuse their behavior. Lack of simple consideration at this Columbia falls location was repulsing. I was sitting in the diner with a friend of mine who has autism. While having conversation the woman at the window kept yelling back to the employees stuff like “are you stimming right now” and as a family with autism and a friend of multiple with autism. I truly believe that the staff MUST be more considerate with their words. And if they cannot do that then lower your voice. She was yelling! I was sitting by the door and I heard her loud and clear. I have never had a problem with the food. I don’t have anything negative to say about the service. Just the insanely inappropriate conversation taking place without a care in the world for the customers. You look in the lobby to the customers you are serving and see someone sitting there with a mental disorder and then follow with jokes about it. It almost seemed intentional. I am repulsed. Additionally there was a little boy in there, probably no older than 14, brown hair, and he was very kind to me, thank you to you. Your kindness did not go unnoticed.

If I could give zero stars I would. Seriously this restaurant should just be shut down. Went in at 5 on a Sunday afternoon. The dining room was empty except for one family who already had their food. We ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal and their corn dogs meal. We received a chicken tender meal and a basic cheeseburger meal. We noticed the chicken tenders first. Obviously one up and had them exchange it which was already quite difficult. Then when I bit into my burger we noticed that they also messed up the bacon burger. There was not a single adult working in this location. Everyone was a child. If you’re going to have children working, which I support, you need to have an adult there to ensure that they actually do the job correctly. I had to put a call in to the owner of the store to have her come in and deal with her employees. Employees. I would recommend picking literally any other restaurant in Columbia falls. Even a deli at a grocery store is better than this.

The lady who took our order was personable and very sweet, I got the deep fired mushrooms with a regular cheese burger. My burger could have been better but I was a big fan of the mushrooms. My fiancé got a mushroom burger with fries. His fries were crispy and perfectly salty! The burger was very good too.

We ordered a hamburger meal plus the special 6 hamburgers 4 fries & a gallon of A&W root beer to go for $27.99 the food was awesome. The breaded mushrooms were the bomb they weren’t stingy with them either. My new favorite food at A&W the breaded mushrooms

New owner in the last couple of years. She is amazing! This place is always clean and friendly. The food is always prepared and presented exactly how you expect. We go all year just to get a burger and hotdogs here…don’t forget the delicious rootbeer floats!! You are awesome!!

I have loved A&W since I was a child. Since moving to the South, we don’t have any restaurants close to where we live. The food was hot and tasty, and the staff, especially Rylie, was super friendly and knew the menu well! Thanks for bringing back some wonderful memories to my taste buds on my visit. ❤️
