There were a few questionable characters there sitting in the dining room so I wouldn’t send a family member there alone, one of them approached me talking loud and I capped him off by ignoring him. Then when I got back to my office and opened the bag I’m going to be blunt: this is how my tacos looked…. Crazy dark as if they were fried in dookie oil. Like tacos are yellow and you can see some of the yellow at the edges of my tacos but yeah this is not the deal… I want my money back because this is insane that they are even serving people.

The food is always hot and fresh service always amazing! The atmosphere it’s in a rough side of town, so the atmosphere is a little questionable for dine in bit drive thru is best here. The store is clean the staff very friendly and helpful. The prices are always affordable and did I mention the food is on point!

Update …I tried them again this morning since there is only so many burger places to choose from at 6am and still my food was cold and this time literally disgusting. Won’t be wasting anymore money here. Chicken sandwich is cold and hard as a rock smh the only thing that was the right temperature was my Oreo shake.
Took forever for them to respond on the intercom, to the point that I assumed the were closed. Right before pulling off she spoke up. Took over 10 mins to prepare my order for it to still come out cold and soggy and poorly put together. Definitely not worth the price

Tonight I experienced the worst customer service. This lady cursed me out because she clearly was overwhelmed tonight and all I requested was a refund because clearly their soda machine was not working. She tried to give me a flat soda and when I brought it to her attention she began cursing me out so bad. Not one time was I rude or disrespectful she gave terrible customer service. As a paying customer the service that I was given tonight was unacceptable. I often buy food from this location because it is close to my house but never again will I spend my money here. To the managers at this location this young lady needs to be trained on customer service and shouldn’t be working night shift if it’s that’s overwhelming for her. She refused to give me my refund and tried to force me to take the food. Eventually a manager by the name of Maggie was called at that point I received my refund (20 minutes later)

Wanted to give a quick “Shout Out” to Margaret on the night crew. My husband and I stopped here at 2am on a Monday night, well technically early Tuesday morning. While most late night workers are a bit grumpy, she was AMAZING and a DELIGHT! Her upbeat happy attitude put a smile on our faces! Thank you, Margaret, for going above and beyond to be nice. It’s so refreshing to have GREAT service, especially late at night, in Vegas! I forgot to take a pic of the food. LoL

Nice food. Would’ve been 5 stars but my chicken strips smelt like they were burnt for some reason but they looked perfectly fine. Fries were good and salad was good also. Nothing special honestly. Solid 4/5 from me.

I’m not even a person to write reviews but this jack in the box deserves a bad review. Besides the bums hanging around. They always rush your food to make you turn back around and ask for a replacement.
Today the food was hot and fresh but my drink was full of ice. I ask the cashier with the blonde hair and caked up makeup for a replacement and she had the nerve to try and charge me.
It took everything in me not act crazy as I was on my lunch break.
