Our server, Brandee, was very attentive and friendly. When they didn’t have the dish I ordered, she was quick to let me know and offered a suggestion.
The atmosphere is stuck in the 80’s – however the food makes up for it. Beware, the portions are gigantic.

Great breakfast spot, quite a large menu with all the traditional fare plus some unique offerings. Our server was a lot of fun and made us feel welcomed. Portions were large indeed, and the food was great. Unfortunately with the large size of breakfast, there was no room left to try any of their pies or baked goods.

The food was good and well prepared, but unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the meal. The coffee was burned, and we had to wait over 30 minutes for both our table and food. The staff rarely checked on us, and there were no offers for a coffee refill or to see if we needed anything else. With some attention to service and consistency, this place could truly stand out.

Had the croissant breakfast sandwich with hashbrowns, delicious and fresh. My husband has celiacs disease and enjoyed a huge side of fresh hashbrowns, excellent. Don’t skip the coffee and they have fresh baked goods available on the way out. This place has obviously been here a while but that’s part of its charm, enjoy.

First time here. Very good food. Portions were bigger than anticipated. If I would’ve known wife and I would had ordered only 1 plate and shared. I had the shrimp omelette. Heavenly but to big.

we were in town for a wedding and everyone told us to try this place. it’s a very small, but cozy environment. if you’re lucky, you’ll get a spot after about a 10-20 minute wait. this place is always busy and for good reason! it was so good, we came back for all 3 mornings we were there.

the bacon was thick and delicious, the sausage was very tasty, the pancakes were fluffy and moist, the omelettes were generously filled, and the portions were huge with reasonable pricing.

sadly i don’t think we will be back to this town so it was kind of a one and done trip, but i’d highly recommend this place to anyone!

bonus: our server Cathleen was the nicest server i’ve ever met in my entire life.

I’ve never been to the pancake mill prior to this visit, now that I’ve been, I can say it tops my go-to breakfast spots. The pancake mill offered an enjoyable experience, with a relaxing cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and various homestyle dishes. When I initially came into the restaurant, it took less than 5 minutes to be seated, and we were immediately served waters. After some time to decide what to get on the menu, me and my party made our decisions, and it took about 30-40 minutes for our order to be ready. I believe it took longer because of the apple pancake. Once the food was served, the presentation looked to be on point. I ordered the Egg-N-Muffin Breakfast sandwich, which was fresh, and was considerably healthier compared to opposing menu items. The other items on the table included Swedish pancakes, another guest stated “it’s a 10/10”… I can only imagine those pancakes were delightful. I tried the Apple Pancakes, and they were undeniably hot and fresh, it was essentially a Cinnabon, except it was pancake style. I could rant about how good the food was, so I’ll spare the details. Just take my word for it, these pancakes are sensational.

To start we were seated quickly with menus, brought water, & told our waitress would be right with us. A woman came & asked us what we wanted to drink & brought them. I assumed she was our waitress. We waited about 12 minutes & I finally got up & let her know we were ready to order. She let me know that another girl was our waitress. The other girl did not address us for about 5 more minutes. But she continued to serve & chit chat with other tables. We waited at least 15 minutes to place our order. The food came out as ordered, though my husband was disappointed to find out that fries are not an option with a burger. I ordered a breakfast which was good. But we both agreed our side of hashbrowns were under cooked & soft. The waitress did check on us once. When we were almost done. When we were finished we waited another 12-15 minutes for our check. I had my card in hand ready to pay when I got it. She said she was going to get my To-go pie & would be back for my card. We waited about 10 more minutes, as she did not get the pie right away. When she finally returned with it she brought a card reader to the table, she stood there staring me down as I did the math for the tip I was barely willing to give at all. She seemed nice & maybe new, but hovering & staring me down as I decide my tip, Extremely rude! The pie was phenomenal when I ate it later. But our server was clearly less than.
