I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like this location needs some serious attention. Something as simple as pouring a Diet Dr Pepper is consistently done wrong, and it’s become a regular issue. Most recently, I had to go through the drive-thru three separate times because my mom’s order was incorrect every single time. It’s extremely frustrating when basic accuracy and attention to detail seem to be completely lacking. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because the customer experience here has been disappointing for quite a while.

We have been here twice first time the order wasn’t correct but they did fix it. Today we decided to order breakfast on the mobile app, ordered it arrived waited in the drive thru to get to the speaker, got up there it was 1031 provided the code but the lady at the speaker said it was pass the breakfast time and they no longer had the items to complete our order even though it was ordered before 1030 and showed in progress. Left there without anything. We decided we will just not visit this location anymore. Management needs to review the customer service and do something to improve it.

I usually don’t leave reviews, like this but I feel this needs to be said.
The service at this McDonald’s has been consistently disappointing. Simple requests like removing or adding a condiment are often ignored, which ends up wasting time and creating frustration.
Fast food is supposed to be quick and easy, but instead I’ve been met with a lack of care and respect from staff.
It shouldn’t be difficult to listen to customers and make sure their orders are correct, yet that seems to be a recurring issue here.
I’m not just speaking for myself I know others in the community have experienced the same treatment. I truly hope management steps in to improve training, customer service, and attention to detail.
This location could be much better if the staff made the effort to listen and treat customers respectfully.

We befriend companies’’ employees everywhere that we can, who have been such big blessings in our lives, often making lifetime friends. We are senior citizens in our 70s. The stop at this restaurant was our first stop in town today, having traveled over 600 miles in the past couple of days. Surprisingly and very sadly, a front-end employee at this establishment communicated in such an extremely rude, abusive, hateful manner, exhibiting no customer service skills, such that we decided not to place an order. The employee was female and seemed perhaps to be at some sort of management level. We are hopeful that top management and the owner(s) of this establishment will address this urgent job training/coaching need and will assist this employee to provide polite, kind, respectful customer service to others in the future. We ordered sweet-and-sour sauce for both of our chicken nuggets, only got barbecue sauce. Cold soggy fries ordered only no onion on the burger came with only cheese I ordered sweet tea got regular tea our receipt was everything I ordered but almost everything came wrong and the guy at the window had me repeat my order multiple times and still got it wrong he was very hard to understand

Just like any other McDonald’s, very clean up front; the employees are nice, and the food is fast when staff is plentiful. I am disappointed today as my McFlurry wasn’t filled all the way up any my frappe had barely any caramel syrup. Edit: their fries are almost ways cold and stale.

Wow where do I start. When I walked in, it’s almost like the sun stopped shining. I just felt depressed in there. Me and my roommate stood at the front for almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. A worker had just got done sweeping one of the bathrooms and walked past us. I wasn’t expecting him to take our order since he was cleaning the bathroom but he didn’t say anything to anyone else either so we continued to wait. A lady finally came up to take our order but her attitude was horrendous. So disrespectful and couldn’t care less about customer service. If I was alone, I would’ve left after waiting so long. It just seemed tense in there. Customers were mad. A lady walk out the place cussing under her breath. Everywhere I looked, something entertaining was going on and not for any good reason. I’m never going back into that place. Seems like everyone there hates their job and you can feel it in the air. Definitely not a welcoming environment.
