Update: This store has really improved since I wrote the first review. Service is now exceptional and the beverage quality ranks among the best in the St. Louis area. The dinning area has also been renovated. Very nice place to relax with friends and family.

Order a large vanilla latte the representative at the window said something about dark caramel that it was sweet tasting which I agreed because I wanted my latte sweet after I left it tasted like machine water and did not taste like vanilla latte and it was not sweet like I requested Check your orders before you drive off. I had a taste for it an was so disappointed

2nd bust in a row. Last time they forgot the 2nd drink, made it wrong, took forever, remade it wrong again. Went last night ordered 2 of the exact same drink. 1 tasted great, 1 tasted like water. And the barista has the balls the ask for a tip. Why is the min tip set to $5?!? Starbucks sucks.

I don’t really think there is much to say about this post. I ordered the wrap and requested Sriracha as it was recommended to be a fantastic pairing. Opened the bag and just assumed they had forgotten it. So I wasn’t upset and tried it anyway and halfway through my breakfast I found the Sriracha………

STOP putting a pound of water in your oatmeal!!! Please!!! No one wants soup when they order oatmeal!!! This is not the first time this has happened. Take an extra second to check, please!!! I’ve wasted around $20+ on oatmeal that is not eatable or has to be cold to eat for it to be actual oatmeal.

Always so put out to take orders and can I just say… wow like there isn’t already limited parking you allow an employee to take up two of the limited spots lol and to say it is to be helpful and keep people from getting trapped in the space is a bull all of the spaces are the same case. On the plus side, the drinks are usually great

One of the busiest locations in St Louis. Most of the time they are on it…but sometimes they get caught up in silliness and people end up waiting for their drink a little long. Be careful not to park near the drive thru line or you’ll run the risk of getting stuck in your parking spot a while. Just park pst the back of the store to avoid this risk.
