For the price my chili tots could have been fuller and subtract the grease also all else my chili dog okay and burger was saturated with mustard an onions with a dab of ketchup so I give it’s overall 6/10 since it was hot when I received it

Got the smash burger. Next time I would go to McDonald’s get aa double cheeseburger with extra pickles and a side of big mac sauce and save 6 bucks.

Ordered breakfast sausage egg cossiant, sausage egg toaster and hashbrowns. Hashbrowns were nasty old oil I returned to drive thru and spoke with the manager and she said they had been closed for a few days for maintenance and that could have been the reason and she refunded the money.

Went about 15 mins ago and our fries and tater tots were old, crunchy, stuck together, and were cooked in old grease. My son’s chicken tenders were so old and over cooked you could hear him take a bite. My other son got a cheeseburger JUST cheese and it had ketchup, mustard, pickles and onions on it. Also my son’s lemonade I guess was old because it was sour like the lemons were no good ♀️ I have tried calling 7 times to speak to a manager NO answer and the voicemail is full so needless to say they don’t check that. It’s a shame you spend $33.88 on dinner and my kids couldn’t eat their food and the parents couldn’t eat our fries/tatortots

it was 11pm. they close at 12am. we sat for a heck of a long time and were completely ignored. then went to the drive thru to see if that was faster. got ignored again. drive by the door and they’re already taking the trash out and ignoring 3+ other people. absolutely ridiculous

I came here today, sat in the drive thru for 6 minutes, I could see the employees through the glass window, how they didn’t see me is mind boggling, just sat and sat, said hello few times, so pulled up to the window said we been sitting in the drive thru, the guy apologized but said we had to pull back around, there were 3 cars in the drive thru at this point. I refused to sit and wait again.

I was so glad to have Sonics in the neighborhood but lately, this place has gone downhill. Majority of the drive-in station screens don’t work. It looks deserted. The food is blah, and the drinks still get an A+. It’s in a great spot with heavy traffic. Not sure what the owners are doing but it could use a lift.

I go to sonic usually once a week I always order 2 hot dogs with chili and onions they have gotten my order right only once since I started going back in March, today I went ordered 2 hot dogs with Chile and onions when I hot home got ready to eat they loaded it down with relish mustard and a touch of chili
