I usually come here during my lunch break and have never had a problem until about 2–3 weeks ago. The new staff now refuse to give more than two small salsa containers to go. I always ask for salsa on the side, and it doesn’t feel right to have to beg for a little extraAt this point, I would rather go to The Grullense on 5th Ave or use the drive-through location, even though it’s farther from my workplace.I asked to speak with a manager to provide feedback, but the staff said they didn’t know the manager’s name or how to contact them. I hope the owner or manager reads this and considers being a bit more generous with loyal customers.

This is where I fell in love with tacos de tripa, sopes de tripa, quesadilla de tripa–etc etc etc. Their tripas are crispy and just right–i’ve had greasy quesadillas at the Tacos El Grullense #1 down the road, but this one made sure to keep the grease to the minimum and added lettuce and dressing on top to balance with freshness.

The lady taking order was rude and had no patience. The lady serving the food was very nice and accommodating. As for the place its small and parking just as limiting. Tacos are not worth the stop to get a quick bit after gassing up at costco. Take your chances with the hotdog at costco

Tacos were once my favorite here when sauces were liberally applied and condiments (pickled carrots and jalapeño peppers) were self served. Now the sauces are minimal and self served pickled items removed. The pork and beef tacos are still good though.

My coworkers enjoy this place. I finally decided to try it yesterday after daughter’s vb tournament. Not what I had anticipated. I love tacos, especially street tacos. Have eaten it all along CA, downtown CUN, SJD, PVR, SJU, PCM, etc. The carne asada and el pastor not as flavorful as I would had hope. Burrito was lacking more meat. I’m rating this as average.

Customer service sucks. We ordered chicken tacos and carnitas..they got our order wrong and then to correct it, the server wanted us to place another order. Even though chicken taco was decent but overall service sucks… never coming back. tables were not clean and overall staff was very rude.
