Staff was not familiar with gluten allergies but tried to be very accommodating and answer a lot of my questions. Well they do have two separate fires for onion rings and fries the chicken gets fried in both.
They do not toast their buns on the grill where they cook the burgers so that’s good!
They either have an allergy button or were we able to type it in on the register. and we’re willing to have the cook change his gloves for my order.
What I ordered:
Double char with cheese lettuce wrapped

Burger was really good and they did not skimp on the lettuce which is nice. It is a very wet burger so be careful you don’t spill on yourself. Wish I could’ve had aside but I was content with my burger. Would probably try chicken sandwich or maybe look into the salads next time and see if those are gluten-free. A little pricey.

Worse customer service by jouelette(spelling may be off) and the manager who refused to give his name. Waited in line several minutes to be served at the register. Once it was my turned the managed yelled out the register is closed use the kiosk. The kiosk wasn’t working to customize an item so we asked the manager he said he couldn’t help because he didn’t know how to use it. Once we finished Jouelette said I can’t help who’s next in line at the register. Not gonna lie she got the dirtiest look then had the never to ask if I need help. Once I got my food they weren’t kidding when they say char burger. It was burnt. The onion rings were burnt. Not only can the manager who was in charge manage but he can’t go either. If you can chose a different location avoid this one

Tried the Santa Barbara Burger, Portobello Burger, and the Sirloin Sandwich.
All of the burgers were quite bland and did not taste good. The best part of the meal were the fries because they were actually seasoned well.
I truly expected more from the Habit because I have had the Santa Barbara in the past and enjoyed it but not this time.
The burgers need to be seasoned better especially for the price that I am paying.

I love this restaurant! My son and I come to this Habit every Friday, and they always deliver. The food is always fresh, and the customer service is excellent. The managers are hardworking and super friendly. The chefs definitely know what they’re doing, and I never have a bad experience here.

The Ahi Steak on sourdough is so yummy and healthy too! Extra teriyaki on the side plz. I prefer it cooked more than they normally cook it though, so I ask for that.

So mad is the second time this happened!! I ordered on the app because the line was so long that I had really enough time! So I ordered a original burger and I didn’t want grilled onions I always sub for raw onions
And the the app didn’t let me, so I place the order like that and I ask the manager if he would take the onions off and he said that my order was ready when wasn’t ready yet ! So I’m like ok !! Take my order like 5 minutes later and I also ordered a kids meal with sweet potatoes and I got fries ! And the worst part is that they charge extra for that

Decent burger, but nothing amazing or special. That said, expect to pay $25 for a burger fries and a drink. I recommend you go to In and Out up the street for a comparable experience at half the cost.

On Friday September 12, 2025 at around 5pm i oder a cheeseburger with extra crispy fries unfortunately right after finishing my meal i felt a bit bloated and unease from my stomach i didn’t pay much attention but once i got home it got worst my stomach got so hard i was in so much pain started throwing up and that’s when i realize i got food poisoning it lasted for all night the throwing up pain until i took pepto and a mineral water. The employees where attentive and kind but food i have to say not so much. Sorry

I love The Habit and this location is always good. The food comes quickly after ordering. The staff is friendly. On our last visit we had the seasonal garlic Parmesan fries. Very good and very garlicky! I usually get the Teriyaki Char. No cheese, onions, or mayo. I’m a purist…I like mine with just sauce, lettuce, and pineapple. So good!
We will usually share a side of fried green beans and onion rings or fries.
The burgers are flavorful and juicy. Not like the tiny overcooked ones at another chain.
There is indoor and outside seating. Can be hard to get a seat when busy. Also the parking lot is difficult. Whoever planned the layout should be fired. Just saying…..

The tables were dirty, short staffed. Very friendly front counter but my bun was soggy. Meat was dry. Wasn’t the best. Prices are okay but for what it’s worth lll stick to In-N-Out
