Walked out of Ruby Tuesdays( see review on that) and went to Denny’s. Drinks were at our table immediately, food was 7 minutes after that. Our server James was incredible, he was on it. We ordered 2 trible stacked burgers and he must knew I needed more napkins cuz immediately he brought me another stack, highly recommend this place. Thank you James for an awesome experience and props to the cook. I ate every bit of that triple stacked burger!

The food here was really good. You won’t be disappointed! I flew into town late night and this was the closest restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. I was highly surprised at how delicious the beef nachos was! I also ordered the cheesecake with fresh chopped strawberries. It was really good as well. I couldn’t believe it! I wonder if the Denny’s in Charlotte NC is this good?!

This business every time has terrible customer service their night time management is very disrespectful they even changed the management recently from a white male to this older black woman
And still I was disrespected and spoken to with rude demeanor
Mumbling inappropriate comments under her breathe and not trying to make any effort of calm collective mature conversation just acting as if her job does not matter and she does not care about what she does not matter to her.
I understand people have bad days but when this is every single night I come into this establishment and I am having a main manager speak with disrespect it only shows how they treat the employees or how they show employees to behave.
It is fine to be frustrated with work but disrespectful comments when I am just asking questions or having a few moments of your time really pisses me off

My brother and I went to Denny’s for lunch. We both ordered milkshakes he ordered Oreo and I ordered strawberry. The milkshakes used to come in a glass with the extra on the side, this was something we both were looking forward to. Unfortunately both of them arrived in “kid cups” we were told this was new protocol even though the drink is clearly pictured in a glass on the menu. (False advertising) I’m not happy to be paying $5.59 for a kids cup.

The food was great but the server was terrible. Yall dont have nametags so I had to ask for his name, so whoever Steven is, he needs to fix his attitude and work on how he talks to people.
