I had a fantastic experience dining at Los Compas Mexican Restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming, providing top-notch service throughout the entire meal. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and want to ensure everyone has a great experience.
The food was absolutely delicious and full of authentic Mexican flavor. Each dish was freshly prepared and beautifully presented. I highly recommend trying their tacos and enchiladas – both were packed with flavor and left me wanting more. The portion sizes were generous, and the ingredients tasted fresh and high-quality.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was vibrant and lively, with a colorful decor that added to the overall charm of the place. It’s a perfect spot whether you’re going out for a casual meal with friends or celebrating a special occasion.
Overall, I can’t recommend Los Compas Mexican Restaurant enough. Great food, excellent service, and a welcoming environment – everything you could want in a dining experience. I’ll definitely be returning soon !

I dont know who placed my to go order. As she never gave me her name. Ive seen her in there a lot. Usually she’s on top of her game. Tonight she looked high. I just ordered a full order of nachos with the ground beef and cheese on the side. With a side of rice. I got the nachos but didnt get the rice. This place always feels gloomy to me. The staff are either upset or to busy or just talking to each other. Its going downhill and fast.

Well, I used to frequent this restaurant often. This is the only Mexican restaurant that has fried avocados. I’ve searched and asked. I bragged about the avocados and how I liked the restaurant to my friend, so we decided to go to celebrate our birthdays. My friend was about 5 minutes late getting there. The waitress came to me 3x asking if my company was coming…… very irritating. I never saw the fried avocados on the appetizer list but they do have them….. why isn’t it on the menu so ppl know to order them? Anyway… we ordered our meal, it was good and arrived in a descent amount of time. Why is it when you ask for extra napkins they only give you 2? I asked for extra, more than one but hopefully more than 2!! We asked for to go boxes, I had 2 one for the appetizer and the other for my meal, I had to ask for a container for the sauce, then a bag to carry my 3 containers. My friend asked for more salsa and a to go container to take home the chips and salsa she never got any more salsa she had to use what was left from what we had at dinner which was less than half a bottle. Then when paying the bill they took the extra $20.00 from her card which was supposed to apply to the meal. The $20,00 was taken out as if it was a tip I’m guessing. The service was too poor for such a tip. She never came by to refresh our drinks once. I was embarrassed that I told my friend about the place. I kept apologizing because I’ve never had such service as I did last night. I noticed different faces in employees…. maybe that’s it, I don’t know what it was but I will probably not go back for a while.

We planned a party. I told them we were expecting 15-20 and 23 of us showed up.
They had a small problem with a computer blip in the kitchen. They still rallied and got the orders out in a very timely manner. Food was great if you like Mexican. The portions of food were generous. They had seats and tables all prepared for us. They kept the chips and salsa coming. Our waitress and the other staff were very quick to fix anything that needed corrected.
Great place for a group.

Good was great. It was a take out order. They just didn’t include the flour tortillas that was a disappointment for my granddaughter

The staff was friendly and welcoming! They had tvs for my Kc Chiefs game although they were far away in the corners of the restaurant. The margaritas were okay and could have been a little stronger, but fair. I will definitely return.

I really wanted to like this restaurant. Everyone was friendly. The service was ok! Unfortunately none of us liked the food. I had a taco salad. Portion on the small side, and after a couple of bites it was soggy. My son had the chicken with chorizo and said the flavor was off. We ordered the baby a hot dog, she took one bite and spit it out. My husband had a steak dish and said his was just ok. On site parking and the theming is fun.

I noticed they got my order wrong. No problem with that. Asked for them to fix it & as the server takes the food back. I know a little Spanish and I understood that they have to pay for whatever they mess up on. I kinda felt bad because these young ladies do look new & like they’re still learning. Changed I the last 10 years, lost its customer service skills. Service was ultra slow on a Monday and only 3 tables were occupied. Food has went terribly down hill where 3 of my 9 family wouldn’t eat more than a few bites of their dinner.

I’ve got a lot of door dashing here and I got to tell you the atmosphere, the food and the service seems to be second to none. This is a favorite among the locals.
I love Mexican food also and this place appears to have it in spades!
